Another enjoyable video. The crash[es] ...... when it's just you coming off for no foreseeable reason [ roots, camber, change of surface, mud ] it has to be rider error. That is, you are doing something others aren't. From earlier in the footage it seems you don't follow the same lines others do. The going left in the woods is a clear example. Also, into corners you aren't positioned the same as others. It may help you to follow one rider for a race and choose exactly the same line at the same speed. Watch his cadence to see if he starts to accelerate or change gears. Have the confidence to follow the line at the same speed. It should be above your comfort zone but if he can do it then you can. You crash when you turn. That would indicate braking - front braking - is the cause. You can trail brake with the rear very lightly. Try to have reduced speed before you turn so that in effect you freewheel through the turn, straighten up [lean angle] and then pedal - apply power. That's the theory. Give it a try.
@@GreeneDog thanks for watching 😊 I use a GoPro hero 10, the overlays are made with telemetry overlay and the video editing software is filmora wondershare. Do you record your races or rides?
Awesome first lap! Just need to replicate that for the rest of the race 😘

Thanks Tony - thats really helpful advice. I will take your suggestions on board.
Love the video edit. What did you use for camera, software and overlays please.
