Leo is the beautiful liar because he lies to the girl, telling her that he wants to break up because he thinks that's what is best. But Ravi portrays Leo's true feelings which is: he doesn't want her to leave as you can see him trying to stop the girl from leaving.
So the inner demon thing is totally not relevant xD.

Basically the story is,
Leo is like the "lie" and Ravi is the "truth".
Leo was telling that girl that she can leave him, that its okay, which is a lie,and ravi, the truth, was trying to get out and reach out for her.

I love how by the end you are just reevaluating your life lol. Okay so what I gathered is that Leo was trying to get over his lost love, but Ravi (being his "demon") isn't allowing him to move on. So at the end when Ravi was going after Leo's girl, Leo fought him off and the ending where Ravi was walking away was sort of letting Leo let go.
i totally see your point and agree with it but im sooo confused on the pushing the keys away part!! the keys i think symbolized access into Leo's girl's life and Ravi (who i thought was the demon who COULDNT get over her) pushed it away...plz explain!!
Kenny Lam Hmm. So my interpretation of the keys I guess was either to lock the girl out of Leo's life, which I suppose would signify him letting go finally. Ravi knocked the keys away because he is the obstacle that is standing in Leo's way of moving on. Leo was constantly fighting him and he did eventually win the battle.
Kenny Lam This is how I see it. The girl is giving the keys back to Leo. Leo is reaching for it, meaning that the relationship is over once he grab the keys. Ravi on the other hand push the keys away, meaning that he does not want to let go of the girl, he still loves the girl. Ravi is Leo's inner self. That is the reason why the song is titled Beautiful Liar, Leo is a beautiful liar. He still loves the girl but he has to let go of her but his inner self don't want to. (This is my interpretation of the M/V)

This is what I understood from the MV...
Ravi represents Leo's agony that wants to keep the girl by Leo's side. But Leo wants the girl to leave, although he loves her, cause he thinks he doesn't deserve her or that she'll be happier without him in her life... so the scene where Leo keeps fighting and stopping Ravi from going after the girl means that Leo, from deep inside, really doesn't want her to leave but he's still preventing himself from going to her cause it's much better for her. SO Leo is a beautiful liar cause he keeps lying to himself that he's fine and ok without the girl when he's obviously not ok... DU DU DUNNN~

BEAUTIFUL LIAR IS LITERALLY HOW I FOUND OUT LEO WAS MY ULT. Like I was sitting in my kitchen/living room and I was watching it on the TV while my fam was eating, and a tear fell from my eye and it was caused by his hair blowing in the wind. I then realized that it had been done and Leo became my ult. my fam was confused to why I was crying so I then proceeded to burst into tears wimpering about how gorgeous Leo is and they were so confused.

I thought the concept was supposed to be that like Ravi represented the part of Leo that wants the girl back. As she's marrying another man (as represented by the invitation). So Ravi becomes this whole other presence, and when he tries to run after the girl Leo holds him back as he wants to forget her. I think the whole LR relationship in this MV is amazing with all the pain, and tension and sorrow. Then love, and then loneliness as in giving up the girl, the part of Leo that wants her is gone. Hence Ravi leaving at the end. Brilliant. This video, this song, is a work of art.

This Mv was WOW to me! i honestly was struck by this mv. I felt like they thought about this mv a lot. I really like how Leo was pretty much the good intention (even though he is in black) and Ravi was like the White lie that was in rage. I felt like their voices and style is very fitting to the role. Since Leo has a crystal clear and clean sounds, which gives that goodness vibe. While ravi's deep voice and rapping gave a great angry vibe. It was just a GREAT COMBO. i reallyyyyyyy glad this mv came out. X) sigh....so pleased.
