    Sir in the last you have mentioned that each domain may considered 25-300 amino acid..
    Let supposed 500 amino acids are found in nature but 20 are functionally forms proteins .. so how more than 20 amino acids are found in each domian !?

      These 20 are type of amino acids that are inserted by process of translation. It doesnt mean that aminoacids are inserted only once. One type of aminoacid may occure multiple time.

    Sir you said that lysine is a +ve ionic bond and it attract to a -ve asparate bond. Sir here can make a ionic bond possibility between lysine to glutamate.is this possible or not?
