Fact number 1) Rollers
Most Silky hand saw scabbards have internal rollers. These help protect the blade no matter what angle you return the saw into the scabbard. Especially when pulling the saw out of the case. Not only is the case protected but also the teeth. In some of the scabbards the rollers act as a lock too. The handle of the saw has a shoulder on it that gets locked behind a roller when returned.
Fact number 2)
At the end of each scabbard there is a slit. This releases all the wood chips that will fall down the scabbard, during storage and use. Especially if you are using a chainsaw, the sawdust and wood chips will fall down the scabbard. If quality craftsmanship is your perfect match, then you need to get yourself one of these beauties!
Fact number 3)
Make room for the leg straps! Oh wait, Silky have already ticked that off the list! You will find that most new cases come with a loop on each end which allows you thread the leg straps through.
These leg straps can be a climbers best friend, as they make it easier to climb with if you want to free up some space on your harness. The leg straps secure the Silky to your upper or lower leg and it becomes a convenient tool so that you can continue working with your silky nice and close, but not in the way.

This is great video,but I’m missing something,sugoi 330.There is a lot of video on youtube about zubat 330,but there is not one video about sugoi 330.Maybe you sould do a video about sugoi 330,and compare it maybe with zubat 330 and with saws in that category.

When Shenae was fitting the strap I was thinking: will she show us how she wears it? :-) had a nice thought there. Can't help it! ;-)
Did not get the strap as they did not have it available. My zubat forester fits nicely on the belt. Did a bunch of work this winter with it. Love it! Worth every euro I spent! So sharp I use it to chop off, not saw off, little twigs on branches.
Interesting idea wearing the sheath on the opposite side.
