The best thing with Kenya is that there is a massive market that you can easily reach with online marketing. I have dabbled in various kinds of businesses from selling diapers and lingerie to selling organic chicken and I always made money. In Kenya, just have a good product. The rest will take care of itself.

Dr Harriet thx. Unfortunately that ease of doing business and opening up the country to whoever, has attracted loan sharks from the silicon valley and Europe and betting companies from as far as China. This cannot happen in the same capitalist nations ( leading in the ease of doing business index) because of their protectionist policies. Companies coming in with an 'investment ' cloak but get busy siphoning out cash by bleeding the unsuspecting public dry through dubious undertakings should be vetted and deregistred. Other African countries should take note and safeguard their citizens than fall prey in the name of ease-of-doing-business . Precautionary measures should prevail.

thank you for sharing these awesome videos with us. I would like to tell you that your videos are very blurry. There is a way to upload videos without you losing its original quality. Get Dobie Premiere Pro and try to use the preprogramming they have for UA-cam. I hope that helps you grow your channel. bye now.
Too restrictive, they’ll force you to cede 50% of your business to a Tanzanian before letting you set up there, you also can’t own land in Tanzania as a foreigner, dual citizenship is also banned, choose wisely if you love your money
Although slightly out of context, dear Go Getter, this too is part of your SUCCESS in life. I would suggest: Become the man first (through personal development and conscious intent) who attracts the woman he seeks. Too many of us are hoping for a lucky coincidence. I wish you all the best!

Hi. I'm a civil engineer too, 3 years in Kenya, working for United Nations. I can testify that construction is growing faster in Kenya. I am open to you ideas and wish to be part of your new venture in Rwanda. Kindly reach out to me at marafouz@gmail.com
Foreign contractors are easily accepted in Kenya or east Africa. With resources you will be best placed to start more especially in Kenya than Rwanda since Kenya has more constructions than Rwanda.
Am privileged l have a potential land in Kenya, good for investment though l have no capital for investment.Am asking for any investor who might be positive so that we can go about it
Absolutely love the attention you bring to the one area of the world.(Africa) that everybody overlooks to their detriment. But I also notice that you are rather over-oriented towards East Africa and ignoring the evn more promising Southern African region, which has more stability, stronger economic performance, and fewer terror threats. I wish you would also profile Botswana, Namibia, and Mozambique, which for me are more likely to produce the next investment upswing on the continent, certainly more so than West African (too much dependence on Daddy France / Belgium), north African (identify exclusively with Arabic / Muslim culture than black Africa) or east African countries (China obsession).
Dear Mobisa, a very valid point! I am promoting Southern African countries in my seminars and among my trainees. The reason I have not yet covered them in-depth on UA-cam is because I did not have the chance to travel there. As I write this I have established contacts to a state ministry of Namibia in charge of investment promotion...
What makes you think the South/Southern African region is more promising than the East/Eastern African region? What is your train of thought based on? Let’s look at the facts here 1. South Africa’s economy grew by 1.3% 2. Botswana’s economy grew by 4.4% 3. Zimbabwe’s economy shrank by -5% 4. Zambia’s economy grew by 2% 5. Malawi’s economy grew by 3.7% 6. Mozambique’s economy grew by 3.3% 7. Namibia’s economy shrank by -2.3% Compare this to the Eastern African region where most economies are growing at a pace of 6% or more. For instance Ethiopia has had a solid 10 years averaging an annual economic growth of 10.3% As an investor if I look at the figures in the Southern African region and compare them to the ones in the Eastern African one, it goes without saying that I’d invest in Eastern Africa. Simple economics.
Thanks for the expose on Kenya. Do note that Kenya has a large vibrant population making it a haven for investors since big markets facilitate faster ROIs and reduce risk. Also,, Kenya ranks highly in tech innovations. This has positioned the country as an innovation hub that's attracted Silicon Valley Start Ups .. Africa urgently needs to "let go " of the Chinese and do local manufacturing, since we have the AfCTA single trade market policy implementation in 2021.
First off. Rwanda predominantly speak French. Secondly, intellect in labour is almost two in Kenya than Rwanda. Most of the Rwanda highly ranked professionals are from Kenya. What I could say Rwanda beats Kenay in is on how they have managed to stem corruption. But we as Kenya are getting there
oh here we go again!🙄 a sad spirit from Kenia Stop this madness The HONEST truth is, you do NOT have the slightest clue what CORRUPTION is but you shamelessly READY to market your country, with it's fragile economy for the world that Kenya is "corrupt" so that "uonewe huruma/pity baiting" so that you get foreign "assistance". Get Dobie Premiere Pro and try to use the preprogramming they have for UA-cam. I hope that helps you grow your channel. bye now.

Anwar Ali I am more interested Tanzania than Kenya. I heard the corruption level in Tanzania is very low please tell us little bit more of Tanzania.
@@raghedanan3959 Tanzania is a beautiful country that has very low corruption the people are welcoming and very dignified
Too restrictive, they’ll force you to cede 50% of your business to a Tanzanian before letting you set up there, you also can’t own land in Tanzania as a foreigner, dual citizenship is also banned, choose wisely if you love your money
I see her and hope to have a wife like her.
Although slightly out of context, dear Go Getter, this too is part of your SUCCESS in life. I would suggest: Become the man first (through personal development and conscious intent) who attracts the woman he seeks. Too many of us are hoping for a lucky coincidence. I wish you all the best!

I’m a civil engineer from India. I’m very much interested in starting a construction company in Rwanda. I’m doing small scale construction in India. Im 25 now. Will you please assist me with the needful. Right now im in Dubai.I heard a lot about the opportunities in Africa.
Am privileged l have a potential land in Kenya, good for investment though l have no capital for investment.Am asking for any investor who might be positive so that we can go about it
Have you ever thought of leasing for commercial or residential purposes
Let’s look at the facts here
1. South Africa’s economy grew by 1.3%
2. Botswana’s economy grew by 4.4%
3. Zimbabwe’s economy shrank by -5%
4. Zambia’s economy grew by 2%
5. Malawi’s economy grew by 3.7%
6. Mozambique’s economy grew by 3.3%
7. Namibia’s economy shrank by -2.3%
Compare this to the Eastern African region where most economies are growing at a pace of 6% or more. For instance Ethiopia has had a solid 10 years averaging an annual economic growth of 10.3%
As an investor if I look at the figures in the Southern African region and compare them to the ones in the Eastern African one, it goes without saying that I’d invest in Eastern Africa.

I think Rwanda is the number one in Africa before Kenya
Poor research thinking Rwanda is better!!
First off. Rwanda predominantly speak French. Secondly, intellect in labour is almost two in Kenya than Rwanda. Most of the Rwanda highly ranked professionals are from Kenya. What I could say Rwanda beats Kenay in is on how they have managed to stem corruption. But we as Kenya are getting there

oh here we go again!🙄
a sad spirit from Kenia
Stop this madness
The HONEST truth is, you do NOT have the slightest clue what CORRUPTION is but you shamelessly READY to market your country, with it's fragile economy for the world that Kenya is "corrupt" so that "uonewe huruma/pity baiting" so that you get foreign "assistance".
Look around you, all you see is
a.) 5% aid
b.) 95.5% raw Kenyan effort!
so please, stop this madness.
Kenya is a more democratic and more transparent society than the United States, but you still disregard and water down your own potential. To whose benefit?? Stop!!!
