Heb 12:8 is a verse to consider in all earnestness..... for see the parable of the sower and Rom 8:16, 17b. We become legitimate children IF we submit to God's discipline and the Spirit witness with our spirit that we are Chrldren of God .... IF indeed we suffer with Him (Christ) that we may alse be glorified together. This confirms that it is not "cheap grace" where we are saved and can simply carry on in the same sinful way of living. Without sanctification NO ONE will see the Lord. As 1Peter1:14-19
