Terms & Conditions
Your generous donations will help grow the Kents Fishing brand and give you the opportunity to “Be the Guest Larnie”. The Guest Larnie will be part of the Kent’s Fishing crew for our 2024 adventure to Qora Mouth, Eastern Cape.
1. Be the Guest Larnie is essentially a crowdfunding campaign.
2. By contributing to the campaign, donors agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
3. This is a reward based, donation campaign.
4. Minimum donation is R250 or multiples of R250.
5. No maximum donation.
6. Each R250 donation equals one entry into the lucky draw.
7. Anonymous donations are acceptable.
8. Lucky draw date & time - 31 December 2023 between 10am and 11am.
9. Lucky draw will be publicly done and broadcast live on Kents Fishing UA-cam and thereafter shared on all other Kents Fishing social media platforms
10. No under 18’s are permitted to enter.
11. 2024 Kents Fishing Adventure dates : Monday 22 to Saturday 27 April 2024.
12. Kents Fishing reserves the right to adjust the Adventure dates.
13. Reward may not be exchange for monetary value.
14. At the discretion of the winner, the reward may be transferred to another person, subject to Kents Fishing approval.
15. Personal information collected during the campaign will be used for the sole purpose of fulfilling rewards and will not be shared with third parties, in accordance with the POPI Act.
16. Kents Fishing is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damage arising from the use of the funds or the campaign.
17. The campaign may be cancelled, postponed, or modified at the discretion of Kents Fishing in the event of any forced majeure event.
18. In the event of a cancellation, all donations will be refunded in full.
19. The acceptance of the reward is subject to the signature of an indemnity form.
20. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
