This peace of music was used for the tube silinder room shrink and fan challenges as well as the rude welcome boyard in the British version of fort boyard presented by Melinda Messinger and Leslie Grantham who played boyard
Such a fun game show to watch, a different version of the Crystal Maze. Although I don't really understand the French version (not knowing much French) I watch it occasionally. Wish there was an adult version in the UK that's like the current French version, not the kids one they tried a few years ago.
Boyard came first. In fact, Chatsworth WERE originally planning to make UK Boyard but the fort had been double-booked! Hence they had to quickly come up with another similar format, and hence the Crystal Maze was born …
The vid quality is toss, and the audio is hilariously poorly synced, but I HAVE seen the Fort Boyard pilot hosted by Richard O’Brien in the Elstree knock-up of the Fort. Surreal brilliant.
Of course, you'd need someone who'd be able to put on as good as a persona as Grantham for Boyard, but it's not a deal breaker since he mostly just delivered cheesy one liners and berated the contestants but that was part of his charm.

Not necessarily. They licensed a fair few library tracks like that across multiple publishers. Extreme Music has a few credits, namely Drums In The Night
I used this version in a fireworks show at Camping Les Tropique in St-Canut Mirabel Quebec Canada...
This is my personal favourite theme from the series.

1:59 - 2:38 when they nearly have done the challenge or when time is running out.
40 seconds left to go - PANIC!!
My favourite part of my favourite FB track.
@@RandomPeter94 mine too. I love how it escalates!
I'm really keen on this theme when I watched Fort Boyard in a long time like around in Cornwall before Bristol, still enjoy watching.
Melinda still looks like this too. Crazy!
Agreed, I loved it, the end of this track as the time runs out as well made the last seconds of the challenge feel so tense #BringbackFortBoyardUK

Anyone know the music where they would side down into the sea and get on the raft? That one was so cool!
The best remix trance of Fort Boyard
they also used it for the fan room challenge as well as the entryway when they had pull a rope to open the gate
Gonna start playing this when I need to quickly get housework done before I leave the house.
Awesome theme! Thanks.
Hello, Matt!
I love this music since I started to watch UK version of Fort Boyard =) Thanks for the upload!
thanks a a lot for this upload i love this song since it gets you into the games ^^
I remember when the time was running out in the task where the roof is collapsing/ coming down and they almost get squished
Sounds a bit like Robert Miles' "Children"
Maybe as a nod to how Master Boyard viewed the contestants....as 'Children' in his fort :P

Bring this back with Melinda Messenger since she said she'd be up for it.
