Post Banlist July 2021 - Dragunity combos + deck profile - best combo deck of the format ?

Hi, after a recommendation I tried to build a pure dragunity deck for the new format. The build is shown at the end, but is clearly not final. there are a ton of flex spots, here I just run hand traps but the deck as is would lose to handtraps so hard. Let me know what you think !

Thanks for the awesome video! I was actually sitting and trying to find the perfect components now that elpy is banned but i guess i just needed to shift them around in the combo :)

Yeah Elpy ban means a more bricky build but honestly I think it's decent

Wow and I thought my budget Dragon Link had long turns....God damn...I am only using a mini Dragunity Engine with Dragunity Knight Romulus, Dragunity Divine Lance and Dragunity Phalanx.....But this, like holy fuck....And yugitubers no longer mention dragon link not even as a rogue deck but this is still Tier 1 deck like no doubt

With elpy prior to the ban, you could run through this whole combo which starts with 1.5 cards, uses 12 of your extra deck, and ends with 2 negates, multiple 3000+ attack monsters, and locks your opponent out of using their extra deck.

nice video, thanks for sharing! id really like to see how you play through negates, specifically atum. if that card got negated on either of your boards im pretty sure thatd stop the combo. Asking because this is what im dealing with in the meta right now with my dragunity deck, they always hit either atum or romulus and it always stops my combo and it looks like it would stop this combo too.

Well, I think the deck can still make boards but I would need to work on a new combo, less powerful

Well this is a 2,5 card combo, so with a 5 card hand there are a few ways to go to that board yeah
