All over someone not wearing a seatbelt, stop the madness,why was he not walking upon the passenger side, the driver might have been distracted . Advice to the motorist who allegedly hit the trooper don't speak with the police period they are not your friends,get a attorney fast again do not speak with the police.,...... The foolish trooper gave up his life for a hundred dollar ticket.
The driver wasn’t distracted. He was coked up and loaded up on fentanyl. All while driving with no license/insurance, and had a wrap sheet a mile long. He shoulda been in jail to begin with.
