Discussing factors I consider when forming a long bias on a stock, and over-patience issues that plague my trading.
I have one issue with you, why don't you make more of these?? Thanks, perfectly explained!
because he is to busy making money or loosing while maintaining a life.
He has a life, just buy his trading tickers dvd. You won’t regret it.
@@megaman2127 for real! Like just wait for it to go on sale and it's a great investment.
Why not a trailing stop limit so that you can profit if it runs but cut out if the price moves against you?
@@megaman2127 are you trading stilland profitable ? assuming you purchased his dvd
I got lucky on this one in at five out at 9.50 thanks for your and Tim's video couldn't have done it without your videos I'm disabled and need the Xtra income was self employed for 28 yrs starving on my disability studying all the time everyday just started watching some of your videos and duxs videos again getting better slowly but hey I'm getting better and owe that too you Tim and duxs so thanks a million! For all of y'alls videos !
Over the last couple months I've watched this video many times. I now fully understand the price action and exactly why you bought where you did. That makes me so happy. Thank you for this video.
Chase Ramos can you explain in simpler times why he did?
I have replayed this video multiple times to Gleen your pattern, and specifics of the pattern, now all I have to do is learn what that all means.
Low float, 5-6hundred shares in pre market
Why Long and not Short:
• Low Share Count
• Big Volume
• Nothing Diluted
Look at Daily chart over 7 or 8 months
• No big volume overhead resistance on the daily chart
Thanks, great video for learning.
Thanks Tim. Overwhelmed with gratitude. Expressing it to see more of these videos. Thanks once again :)
I think I've watched this close to 10 times and every time there's some great tips to takeaway (and refreshers) for me, just in terms of mentality (psychology)
The commentary is just great in these.
" and then fall right into that mindset of wanting every stock to be another MBOT" that was very helpful!
Man- hearing you have the same troubles with over-optimism causing winners to become losers is very reassuring for us newbies. Great video, thanks.
That's spot on Pre-market breakout pattern, the entry was ideal, almost to soon, and I guess Dux would ride up the last 3rd of his position after you took yours out entirely? Thanks for sharing!
MBOT popped up in my pre-market scan on 1/15 and I was able to take a position right after market open, and sell around $15. Roughly 45% gain in account size!
It seems you put all your account money into that trade and it was a successful. But usually people who are so aggressive end up blowing up their accounts. How is your account now (one year later), did you manage to grow it further?
Yes. I did have a setback here and there where I traded outside my list of rules, but I took a bit of time to regroup and evaluate my approach. I have since traded mostly large cap and etf tickers to have a less risky approach. I play DGAZ, TSLA, QQQ,VOO, stuff like that, on the bounce or trend. I am up 9% for the year. Not a huge gain, but it's a safe 9% and I didnt lose a lot of sleep holding shares overnight.
Very nice. Thanks Tim. I got in this morning at $3.88 and out on the break of $7.30. glad to see you were in it too. Means I'm doing things right.
Great analysis and great lesson. I would add a tweak to your trade management. Would take a portion of profits and add a make or break point that lets the trade continue but may stop you out without taking a loss. Just a suggestion. Great work.
Hello Tim, I really hope we get the video about the more detailed "fundementals" video on MBOT. I would love too look into step by step how you analyzed MBOT fundementals.
It has no fundamentals. This was a short squeeze, plain and simple.
Low float, premarket runner and big volume equal to short squeeze.
Plain and simple pump and dump, that's it.
@@bassmaster1953 There was plenty of fundamentals to this stock..you just don't know how shorts got tricked.
dont think it came down to that..was high volume and low float so was def worth watching. it worked out great !!
Great info! I can't believe this is free content! So much value.
Funny just saw this one of the very first trades I made as a newbie was this ..after just finishing your course and I made 1600 on Mbot ..thx for the training mate. Gonna go back and rewatch the lessons lol
Priceless video from one of the best method trader in the world. Thanks Tim.
Definitely did take something away and took notes thankyou hope you keep putting out more videos like these
early bird gets the worm, i woke up late and missed even looking at this. Nice thesis and everything makes sense, thanks for sharing TIM!
@@justaboy3123 that would be incredible but im stuck taking it the rough route will all odds against me, PDT rule, and taxes.
Always an amazing source of information on your videos Tim. Now I have a clearer idea of what to look in the filings. Thank you so much for this.
I barely found out about this stock yesterday, it sucks I missed it but mad props to you my dude on your profits!
What a recap man. Awesome how you explained it. Keep things like this coming.🙏
Really glad to hear your voice again, in a new video ;)
Good job nailing it Tim. I missed 3 good breakouts on this one this morning just sitting on my hands because of over-trading lately.
Nice analysis. I'm not a stock trader so really good to hear your take on stock trading. The share count and dilution etc. Very nice.
Well done on making money too, as they say, nobody every lost money taking profits.
Thanks Tim - Great to hear from you again!!
Now they are looking good
Lots of insight, thanks Tim! Congrats too, love to see winners.
Kept thinking, it isn't going higher... Ok, but it won't go higher than that. Missed out on huge profits. And today it doubled before crashing. Found the stock premarket with specific scan in TOS that I created, then looked up the float on finviz. Agree, wish more stocks would run like this
awesome tim! i have adjusted my trading as well to TAKE profits. That was my number one downfall. still have a ways to go to perfect my trading but never hurts to take easy money!!! thanks again for your insight!!
Let’s fucking go Tim!!!! You are top 3 best pennystocks trader of all time.
Thanks for the vid, like your professor ones said " if we get cocky the market will humble you " … sometimes we need to go the ABC again to get composed.
$CGC was also a good play, good volume and steady climb that started to falter at the end of the day :)
I think u did great man, no need to risk more.. We dont see trends like these everyday.. Its all about risk managing and taking good profits!
Thanks for the lesson. I find myself doing the same thing, helpful to know I am not alone and that I have the right skills but need to tweak mentality. Great trade.
Just for the info. MBOT had dilution. The s1 couldn’t be used as the effect fillings are not being posted anymore during the gov shutdown. But the S3 had dilution and could be used.
right when i say no dilution i meant active in the very moment, like an ATM or preferred shares or convertible debt. i had pop-up alerts ready to go in case something new got issued though
I agree, but midday 424bs were not uncommon during this time after TNXP and TENX, did you keep it in mind or did you ignore it?@@kroyrunner89
@@lukasf.3569 yeah i mean i guess that's what the pop-up alerts are for, i know i won't be perfect on exit but still should get out without too much damage. i consider chances pretty remote so if it happens, it happens. this is part of the reason i don't long too often except in the opportunities i think are most perfect
Hello Tim, you are a trading legend!! I didn t get into MBOT cause I thought I was to late, got into DCAR instead; regards
So glad to see a new video of you
Thanks.
Love your videos. You are the man. I wish I knew this before I sold all my MBOT shares last month at $2.
quick upload,, im looking at almost the same chart! But yeah, its nice to see a crazy runner again, i felt to much fomo,, love the feedback! thanks!
I think we all want every trade to be that massive runner. I should have traded this stock account changer. I thought it was already up to much at the open.
yes, yes, yes!!! watched this video a few times over the months since its come out. great stuff in here. thanks grittani
Great video! I would love to see your trade reviews more often!!!
Thank you 😊
Thank you! i love your videos and explanations, you make things very clear.
Also thanks for the insights. 8K done with series a preferred stock, 10Q don't know what that is but will do my research. Nothing dilutive also gives great insights. Thanks Tim
what does he mean when he said nothing dilutive
Where companies increase there share count to sell them to institutions or investors as a way to raise capital. This usually leads to the stock price going down. Alot of stocks or companies in the penny stock area use the stock as there personal fund raiseser
That is exactly where i'm at right now. I probably gained 250k in the last 2 months but lost 245k. I'm an idiot.
Did you gamble?
same here. i gained 29k and lost 21k. The pain is so real. i wanna punch my teeth's out
@@eyob8969 where did you learn how to day trade stocks?

Tim thanks for the review and analysis... nice work today. Any chance you could layout what you are using on the tech side and brokerage? Platform, scanner, charting thanks
scanner: equityfeed
charting/level2: DAS trader (through speedtrader or many other brokers)
brokers: centerpoint, cobra, speedtrader, etrade
great vid Tim. awesome to hear your explanation
Thank you
It's good to trade like a coward. This literally sounds like how I would personally want to trade a stock, however, I will need to watch previous videos to see how you go about looking for negative things like the warrants, etc. just so I can add it to my arsenal. Your thought process is simple and easy, doesn't over complicate things and I can tell you do your best to learn from past mistakes. The secret to being successful is a lot easier I believe than some may let on, but the journey to get to that point can take someone ages.
Yes I agree completely! I think one of the hardest things for people is honest self reflection and admitting mistakes, which is so crucial in trading!
Thankyou
I also have a problem overstaying my welcome on good winners
Good video welcome back tim🔥💪🏾
So much insight thanks tim!!!
Thanks for sharing your analysis
Hi Tim, I am a beginner though...just an observation while studying. Its strange how the market works, as MBOT has had super spike recently for penny stock, check out NFLX in the last 10days (Although its a big stock)....a crazy spike also.
Don’t feel bad. I bought in at 4.10 and covered at 4.33. 😔🤦🏽♂️
Hey Tim, loving all the vids your posting, I wanted to ask which broker platform you use? and also which website you use for scanners as well as the platform you used to show this chart in the video ? Please reply :)) Many Thanks!
Thank you Tim!
Great video Tim! Thanks!
thanks Tim for the video!
Great video. Nicely explained.
Played with my first penny stock on Friday, Mar 2, 2019. Bought 10,000 NH @ market $1.24. Got scared because it wasn’t moving so I tried to sell market again @ 1.24 but sold @ 1.22. Lost 330 dollars. Gained $410 that day but lost $404. Still positive:D But in hindsight later that day I could have made thousands as it went up higher.
MUST GAIN BETTER STRATEGY!!!! Rub some magic off on me pls
main magic i can contribute right now is TRADE SMALLER. if you're just starting, get comfortable and find your strategy and THEN size up. you're playing with major fire right now using that size! also i don't know who your broker is but your fees sound insane
Hi Tim! I love the process you do when analyzing these stocks. Where can I learn how to read SEC forms? Is Michael Goode's course a good resource?
he does a good job with his course and i have some other youtube videos sharing some details of what i look for
Thanks Tim!
You said that there were a lot of red prints going through in the low 4's but the prices wasn't dropping. Does that mean there's a hidden buyer? Is that usually a red flag for shorts?
And thank you for the awesome video!🙏
My year has been like that too!
I knew you guys were trading Mbot I just had a feeling
gold
Great to see another recap from you. Those 2 forms S-1/A filed in Dec 2018 announcing offering of stocks and warrants didn't concern you in terms of potential dilution?
since EFFECT hasn't been filed, I wasn't concerned about dilution during the morning trading action, which was only timeframe I cared about. dilution in the future certainly is possible though!
@@kroyrunner89 i got my answer here. thank u anyways, keep those vids coming you are the man
@@kroyrunner89 isn't the s3 from 2017 still active? says up to $75 million and they've done about $11 million from the takedown 424b5's
@@mattheller4207 that's correct, i overlooked that in my answer to the previous question. but in the video when i say no dilution, i meant it in the sense that no shares were ready to be immediately dumped at market open like an ATM or something like that. if they were to tap into that midday, they would have to announce it (like today) and i would get a popup alert and exit as fast as possible
@@kroyrunner89 what program do you use for filing alerts? Thanks in advance!
Paul here from Delaware still studying to be a millionaire student
5 months later, how are you doing (out of curiosity)?
This is it. Doesn't happen often. But when it does. It squeeze.
Thank you.
Dux hammered the bid and made 130k
Thank you for sharing!
Thanks Tim great info!
We must believe in Tim
Thanks for the share, very helpful!
Thanks Tim
Appreciate your comments and thoughts
Thanks tim but what about that S-1 statement from 31/12?
It looks to me that there are some warrants. A bit over 6 million.
EFFECT hasn't been filed so those were nothing for me to worry about
@@kroyrunner89 what do you mean by "EFFECT"?
@@Hey_Mack_jay an S-1 or something like that needs another filing "EFFECT", to make any shares within eligible to be sold. So the S-1 is basically just the first step in them getting ready to do it, but nothing is official yet
@@kroyrunner89 Ok thx, that helps a lot!
@@kroyrunner89 thank you
Hello Tim. I read the 8k you refer to, but after that I opened a S-1/A from 12/31/2018 and read that they could possibly make an offering of 6,024,096 Units (each Unit contains one Share of Common). It says it is a "preliminary prospectus subject to completion". Does this mean that it is not relevant until they publish a 424b5 filing ? That is why you said there was no current dilution?
I think the effect fillings is/was not out, meaning they can´t use it and they also would need a 424b to specify the price.

Nice work Tim! Quick question, how do you do a quick search to see if a company has dilutive shares, share counts, and warrants in their SEC filings? Is there a Tutorial video you can point me to that I can purchase to learn about that?
i touch on it a bit in some of my other youtube videos - check those out!
@@kroyrunner89 I sure will. Thanks a lot

Tim when you got your conviction about it soaking size are you watching level 2 for bid stacking or more the red prints going through and the stock still holding up?
Hey Tim, whenever you decide to stream on Tradecaster just for fun to see how many people actually turn up to watch.. don't be surprised if you're the number 1 trading room within a week
Tim, do you typically add to your position on that imh break? I've been in a few trades that broke that imh and were false breakouts...wondering if I should always wait for confirmation on the break, or are you pulling together other data (watching the L2, TS, etc) on that break?
Thanks Tim for the great insights. Quick question about the filings. An offering form is not live until the 424 B form right ?
correct!
thanks @@kroyrunner89
Cure when you catch yourself overstaying... sell 3/4, keep track of if that last portion makes you money. After a good sample of trades, you will find if swinging for the fences is a strategy. Of course, that assumes you have the bandwidth to pay attention to it.
