    Low float, 5-6hundred shares in pre market

    Why Long and not Short:
    • Low Share Count
    • Big Volume
    • Nothing Diluted
    Look at Daily chart over 7 or 8 months
    • No big volume overhead resistance on the daily chart
    Thanks, great video for learning.

    • @nick1f
      @nick1f 4 роки тому

      It seems you put all your account money into that trade and it was a successful. But usually people who are so aggressive end up blowing up their accounts. How is your account now (one year later), did you manage to grow it further?

    • @skatir9
      @skatir9 4 роки тому

      Yes. I did have a setback here and there where I traded outside my list of rules, but I took a bit of time to regroup and evaluate my approach. I have since traded mostly large cap and etf tickers to have a less risky approach. I play DGAZ, TSLA, QQQ,VOO, stuff like that, on the bounce or trend. I am up 9% for the year. Not a huge gain, but it's a safe 9% and I didnt lose a lot of sleep holding shares overnight.

This literally sounds like how I would personally want to trade a stock, however, I will need to watch previous videos to see how you go about looking for negative things like the warrants, etc. just so I can add it to my arsenal. Your thought process is simple and easy, doesn't over complicate things and I can tell you do your best to learn from past mistakes. It says it is a "preliminary prospectus subject to completion". Does this mean that it is not relevant until they publish a 424b5 filing ? That is why you said there was no current dilution?

    Tim when you got your conviction about it soaking size are you watching level 2 for bid stacking or more the red prints going through and the stock still holding up?

    Hey Tim, whenever you decide to stream on Tradecaster just for fun to see how many people actually turn up to watch.. don't be surprised if you're the number 1 trading room within a week

    Tim, do you typically add to your position on that imh break? I've been in a few trades that broke that imh and were false breakouts...wondering if I should always wait for confirmation on the break, or are you pulling together other data (watching the L2, TS, etc) on that break?

    Thanks Tim for the great insights. Quick question about the filings. An offering form is not live until the 424 B form right ?

    Cure when you catch yourself overstaying... sell 3/4, keep track of if that last portion makes you money. After a good sample of trades, you will find if swinging for the fences is a strategy. Of course, that assumes you have the bandwidth to pay attention to it.
