Hey everyone, part three of this reformation of Carthage series is now OUT. Last time we recreated Carthage as a new kingdom title in Crusader Kings 3 with the county of Tunis, the home of ancient Carthage, the obvious capital of the new kingdom. In this part, I take our brand new kingdom and build up our economy, expand the realm a little bit, and finish the last years of our first character.
