First of all, the crown is gorgeous!
Secondly, I agree with that because of our surroundings, our environments, and our traditions, we’ve created imagery around what age is, how others may look at certain ages, and, by association, how we may look when we get to said ages.
I believe we get wiser - so every “solar return” is a marker of how many years we’ve experienced - which I believe should be celebrated!
I think youth is a matter of mental fortitude, physical fitness, and deep rooted beliefs - one of my personal practices is to look to those who “age” well - like Lenny Kravitz 🙏🏾 to serve as a mental picture of what aging should look like.
I’ve been on the planet this life cycle for almost 41 years now 😅 yet my students are always shocked and tell me they thought I’d say I was around 20 something!!! lol I guess I’ll stick to my meditation, yoga, fruits and veggies lol - anyways, dope vid! As far as your age, I dare not guess… lol I learned to not do that a long time ago lol lol lol! Whatever it is, I can say that your youth is present, crown is phenomenal, and countenance is shining! 🎉
Side thought - being “older” yet feeling younger can generally feel as if it estranges you from being exclusively identified as either old or young! lol

Asè. Thank you for sharing those words. Exactly!! and consciously using good examples of aging is so important, which I haven't been intentionally doing, but am now. Thank you.

Is loan that blowing up candles on a birthday cake is a ritual already so that you acknowledge that you're getting older year by year and closer to death it is sort of like a self-fulfilled prophecy in the end
