I feel like Beerus is literally invincible and just power scales for his own amusement.
Omg a heart, I loved the story. Its apart of my head canon now. I liked how Freiza didn't over-power Beerus, but was the first to gave him a worthy fight. It's totally in character

Knowing that Broly and or Gohan will have to surpass Freiza for the final battle of the series...
So we can assume his strength from there.
What a good take on Black Frieza. Good animation as well bro
If I were Goku or Vegeta, here's what I would do:
First, I would ask Elder Kai or Whis to look into me and see if any remaining or new latent potential is there and unlock it.
Then, I would go to Zumo and ask him in what manner is there that would allow me to multiply my strength by 10 to 50 times in a year or 5.
From whatever he tells me, I would then ask Whis if it is possible and take it advise. Then, I would ask Jiren, the secret to his mediation and training and ask if he would teach me and ask him to join me, Gohan, Broly and Piccolo to join me with Vegeta and go back to Yardrat to train balancing my ki and I would stay until at least 5 years straight with any new challenges to add to the meditation in order to perfect fighting without loss of balance.
Then, after this, kick it up a notch and ask Whis to pull all of us into his secondary staff (Merus') and continue balancing and harmonizing our power.
From there, we train and train, train some more, until we are sure that we have all we need to destroy Frieza once and for all.
To ensure it, I'd grow my tail back and find a way to make reaching the next SS levels easier. And I would never go into SS forms or Ultra Instinct at all. I would train until my base is over a 1,000 stronger than before or 100x stronger than my strongest transformation.
And then find away to make the transition from base to any transformation happen like a Cameleon changing his colors.

The prophecy fish states Vegeta and Goku will be his biggest rivals. Also considering he negged SSBE post-Moro Vegeta and Goku had already been MUI, its pretty much implies Black Frieza would still lose.
I feel like Beerus wouldn't have been able to hold his own with Freeza. If UI Goku could be one shotted by Freeza in a fair fight, that means Freeza is on a level vastly superior to UI. This mixed with the fact that in the ToP, Beerus is in shock that Goku could reach UI as Whis reminds Beerus of his struggle to gain that form.
Beerus constantly says in the manga that he’s been training (offscreen) and that he’s leagues ahead of Goku despite having UI now.
Personally, I think it’s lame that Beerus is a shifting goal post and that we never even see him get stronger. But it’s what’s written in the source material

I don’t think it be nearly that close. The way I see it the creators haven’t settled on how powerful beerus (by extension all above him as well) actually are.
considering it was 70% against ssg and that was changed to barely anything and the even MUI goku can’t beat him when at first it was theorized he could it’s likely they are not gonna settle on his power level for a while.
He’s likely trillions of times stronger than black freiza if not more.
Black frieza might have the upper hand momentarily like ssg goku but just like that fight he’ll just power up and it will be a turn table effect.

Has anyone ever thought that frieza might not even be that strong? I mean he did one shot Goku and vegeta but that’s because they were exhausted from their battle, I’m pretty sure an exhausted Jiren went toe to toe with normal state Goku when frieza and him teamed up on him
Weren't Goku and Vegeta recently fully healed before Frieza showed up? Besides, Frieza literally one-shotted "the most powerful person in the universe", who Goku and Vegeta even at their strongest couldn't handle. Frieza is clearly more powerful than Granolah and Gas, which means he's more powerful than Goku and Vegeta by a large margin regardless of their body's state.
Given what we know of Frieza's potential, having gone from weaker than a SSJ to stronger than a SSJB in only four months, the fact that he trained for ten entire years means he should be astronomically more powerful than Goku and Vegeta. Realistically, they shouldn't ever be able to be a match for him again. Even if they train for ten years themselves, they've never shown the amount of potential for growth Frieza has shown, and if Frieza trains even more, he'll always be so far ahead of them that they'll never catch up.
Of course, I know they're obviously going to beat him at some point, but even so, it wouldn't make sense.

Im pretty sure Frieza was using a fraction of his power, It took him 4 months to go to blue level, imagine how stronger he is after being at the strength of goku in super saiyan blue. The truth is Beer's ishl however strong Toriyama I.e the plot needs him to be. We were told super sayian God Goku was about 70% as strong as Beerus. Pretty sure Beerus as GoD represents the cumulative power level of that Universe, Frieza unlocking Black form does nothing but buff him.
Sort of explains why SSj God Goku legit challenged Beerus in the beginning of the series but no one comes close to surpassing him now, despite ludicrous power scaling since.
By this logic and going off a single manga panel that randomly explained how Namekians do not originate from that universe; Picolo is the only mortal (Godish) that can feasibly defeat Beerus...... if Goku, Vegeta, Broly, Frieza and Gohan all died or disappeared that is.
So Frieza at best would be 55-60 percent Beerus strength according to this fight
