My interpretation:
There's a lot of confusion about this song, but I'd like to share the interpretation that makes the most sense to me.

But in short, skipping to the end of the song, I think that in fear of her husband dying, Azami created the never-ending world. To create the world, she leaves her family, wanting them to wait for her return. After creating the world she waits in front of the 'door' to it but she realizes her husband has already died. In the end, she leaves into the new world on her own.
