The reason why Captain Falcon tried to kill the Squid Sisters was because he lost the race in F-Zero GX against The Creator, so under its control he had to kill them, which he failed in doing so. So if there was a part two, the Squid Sisters could have help from Marina to build a machine together to defeat The Creator.
Just had to come back to this classic. I remember watch way back in the day and it random pop in my head. Just searched "splatoon captian falcon sfm animation" and found it and boy wat it a joy to rewatch. I remember showing this to my Japanese host family at the time and was nervous about my pre-teen host siblings see the violence as there parents were rite there. But it was all good in the end lol
