"Head Starter" is a "tooned" replica of an old Honda race car. The RA 273. Google it for more photos and info. Ryu also claims this was the sole inspiration in the design of the car.

I'd like to say there were lots of models in the 2017 G case that appealed to us, but in all honesty the only one that I added to my wishlist was the white Porsche 934.5 (surprising since we mostly collect JDM). But that's all good, there will certainly be many other collectors who will enjoy the case. I think the H case will be more up our alley ; )

it's 2024 and I have barely been able to acquire a pearl blue Dragon Blaster like this one. All the ones I came across in the swap meets had broken wings. It has made a reappearance in the G case because of the new Let's Race cartoon series. Thank you Mattel.

The Dragon Blaster was the basic th for one of the early 2017 cases (Purple color combo with orange wings and green wheels.)
#Askracegrooves has there been any news partaining to the Target red edition series? I'm trying to collect them but only the first three have been at my target stores, is there a known time when they are releasing the next set?

I just got a aristo rat car mine is purple.I like the green one you have .I wonder how many colors of this car there is ,i know they always do remakes in different colors but still cool to see evryone has different versions of the same cars.Makes hunting for cars more fun i think.Race on man love the vids ,you ghost jerker and barmetalhw got me collecting again .Btw iam finding tracks with no problem but cant find a 2 or 4 car lane drag stirp yet.I hope they bring bring more drag strips and maybe one day the garage testing set.

I really like the Chevy C10. The paint scheme reminds me of ZZ Top. The Hoosier tire logo looks cool. Not sure if I have ever seen it on a hot wheels car before. I'm going to pick up extras if I can. I suggest Flash Drive for track time.

Nice case, really like the '32 Ford, very cool to see that one back :) And another new Porsche?! I mean... I don't mind it, new models are always cool but I think there've been way too many (new) Porsches in the mixes lately, but that could be just me... :P

"Speedy Perez" model is a recolor in this case. Wheels are also chrome vs white on the first release.

Mr RaceGrooves,the Flash Drive had a feature like the Aristo Rat and El Viento except you will be able to lift the front and the back part of Flash Drive so it could go through the loop

I love the re color on the Ford Raptor!It is not very good on downhill track though!
RaceGrooves today I got the dodge charger Daytona but I found two errors the engine had scratches and the word dodge on the back sides of the car weren't painted correctly

Another great video. I shouldn't really watch these, as they are bad for my wallet! There's just too much great stuff about, though. As I was going through some of my recent finds, it suddenly struck me how they are packaged: Hot Wheels always face right, whilst Matchbox cars always face left. I had never noticed this before.

I'm surprised that they have that Pizza Express Ford van in the international mix, as Pizza Express is a Pizza chain in the UK, it's slightly upmarket, it's like a cut above The Hut and Domino's, but not as posh as a full on Italian restaurant.
