i totally understand the fear! I convinced my husband to get certified with me. He aced it but I had to go back to the class an extra 4 weekends to overcome flooding my mask and clearing. Then taking the mask off under water and putting it back on and clearing it...
Thanks for sharing and for your empathy for my fears of Scuba diving. Yes the underwater skills were such a challenge to master! There was another Lady in our class that struggled with the same thing who ended up taking a few months to complete the class but she finally did it too!
