This looks like it was a Jeld Wen door. I have had both blinds stick and the company sent a tech to replace them. I now have yet again one of the same blinds sticking again. The company sent me a new blind insert and your video should greatly help with doing the installation.

we recently did this on our 2 back doors, 22x80, and used your tutorial as a guide. the existing glass didn't come out nearly as easily as yours in the video, but everything else was spot on. thanks for the video!

My door is from 1899 and doesn't have any screws in it. An AirBNB guest broke the glass with their suitcase. The glass moulding is probably held in with brads. Going to have to figure it out.

Another video I watched said to go around the outside edge with utility knife to separate the caulking on the old window from the door. I suspect that would help.

Where can you purchase the glass with the blinds in it. Mine broke but I have no idea where to buy replacement glass. I live in Texas if you can recommend Lowes or Home depot if possible
