I don't know. The "Shiki Nanaya" of the Remake series has been implied to be different than his original Tsukihime counterpart, so the one on this video might not be him at all.

Two facts you are ignoring: True Ancestor was on a constant decline in her own strength, to the point that she would suffer greatly to kill a simple Dead. She was getting weaker and weaker every day, and that was the only reason he was able to subdue her. And he wasn't that willing to fight, he wanted to die at that moment.
@AokosBriefcase Even the first time she wasn't at full strength, she says so herself. She was tired, worn out and had less resistance to death because of something she had done before Day 3 (presumably it was killing Nero Chaos).
There's like a few frames of the panther lunging at Shiki on the front, so doubt if Arcueid already fully regenerated since it's stated that she's squirming behind Shiki. Besides even if he did win against that panther, he would have to go through Red Arcueid too lol

panther aka mio killed him, but if it wasn't her, regenerated arcueid would probably do that
