I believe my cousin rob is the guy shooting up in the beginning. The guy passed away recently. Miss him, i remember seeing this at the opening festival. I believe thieves and liars was the band playing at the opening too. Feels like forever ago. Love you Rob.
@nkmcfrln I was always sensitive to and scared of drugs and it always angered me to see people do them, ESPECIALLY when they had so many great things available to them like being a skater in California and then to be a pro there and actually making skateboarding what it is whether it was hot or not. I have relatives in Ontario, California. I went there first when I was 13 and It would have meant the world to me to stay there and live. I cried when I had to leave.
@MAKER6450 Those kids weren't you or me. They were from La Jolla. You know, upscale, fucking rich. They wouldn't have been devastated and not able to skate; they'd have a new one the same day. Martinez was on his way to being a pro by putting everything into it, so he deserved them. He was doing good until he got into drugs.
@SSDecontrol94 i dont know dude, but Gator's story is far more complex n shit... its like a movie , you know far more interesting topic, but still he is one of the bunch, yah
@dopebeat71 This has happened a few times now. Somebody starts shit with me on UA-cam and closes their account and I'm a nice guy. Your not a fucking coward like I said you were, are you?
I found this from a link in another video. Thanks!

I would like to find out the name of the song? Sorry for your loss
Why do you think that's your cousin? Just curious
La Jolla and LaCosta! Skated there before all the houses were built! With the Logans, and friends. Had a super big crush on Robin!
At 4:05 I had that same board!! It was my first one! Got it for Christmas!
