if you didn't log on for the 25 days that'd mean that the derpy buff of 2x minion production would be applied to the whole 25 days meaning that you'd get the same amount of loot as if you were offline for 50 days or am missing someething
I was offline when he got elected so if the effects also work even while you're offline for the entirety of his time in office, I'm guessing it only applies to when he was in office and the rest would just be normal rates

that was how it happened a long time ago, but they fixed this bug and the effect is only applied while he is in office
