  • First Ever Parallel Universe Has Been Discovered!
The prospect of having a clone living in a completely different universe might sound fascinating in fiction but is quite unbelievable in real life. What if we told you that NASA's most recent discovery is about to change that thought? So, grab a snack and stick around till the very end to find out everything about the first-ever evidence indicating the existence of the multiverse.
Have you ever wondered if a slightly different version of yourself was living the same life as you but in a place millions of miles away from Earth? Imagine driving a Ferrari in one universe while owning a couple of Teslas in another one. While the idea might sound cool in theory, it seems pretty far-fetched when cosmic history is concerned. But just because we haven't been able to get a glimpse of an alternate universe yet doesn't mean that we should negate the idea completely.
After all, Stephen Hawking himself hinted at the presence of various life forms on hundreds of thousands of galaxies besides ours and when a scientist as great as Hawking makes such a statement, we have no choice but to believe him. The parallel universes being the centerpieces of many movies and science fiction novels have fueled our curiosity about the subject matter even further. Therefore, scientists have been digging up and researching many cosmic bodies to find a tiny bit of evidence regarding the reality of parallel universes and they might have found something worth taking a look at.
    What is a Parallel Universe?
The idea of a parallel universe has its root tied back to 1954 when a Princeton university student theorized that a universe that looks exactly like ours exists and it might have a different timeline altogether. Extinct species like dinosaurs might still be living in these universes and humans might have gone extinct. This theory had no supporting evidence then so it was dismissed, as expected.
It wasn't until many years later people realized that the good old student was right about some, if not all, aspects. The theory finds its base in the scary realms of quantum physics which states that matter appears to behave strangely sometimes as opposed to its normal ordered behavior. Quantum particles such as photons can exist in different forms simultaneously, as a particle and as a wave. That's like watching a solid object turn to steam in a matter of seconds. These assumptions are scary but they do draw an interesting suspicion. If universes like these were to exist in the first place, wouldn't that reduce the entire history of time known to man into a rubble of nonsense?
