This information is sooo interesting. I'm learning new facts about him i never knew. I honestly, didn't know he was married, that he had a beef with Red man & that he had a song with Jay-Z..!! I knew about the tax stuff. I'm just really really curious as to why he didn't pay his taxes ?? He had the money. Technically, I'm curious as to why alot of these artists don't pay they taxes. I knew that beat in " Can't touch This " sounded so familiar...!!
Within 2 minutes of this, I was in shock of his success. Imo, he should be very proud of himself. Then I heard his greatest achievement, married for 36 years. This man is blessed
Interesting... MC Hammer. I know a handful of songs, but I was never head over heels for him. My favorite ended up being _Pumps and a Bump._ After that record, I have no idea. I have no desire to go back and listen to his catalog. Wish I could say more, but eh. I don't have a strong enough connection to him. Great video, Sis. You're doing a fantastic job.

Not only did he pave the way in businesses he provided jobs to his inner city counterparts. He never forgot where he came from and he always gave back to his community...can't say that shit about Jay-Z.
Hammer didn't have to put a hit on Serch and Pete. Hammer was is so loved in the Bay area, Crips took offense to 3rd Base doing a radio interview in the Bay. According to Serch, gang affiliated radio callers made it clear that they would come down to said radio station
It's so interesting because a lot of the things Hammer got slammed for artist today heavily rely on, especially sampling and repetitive flows.
Also product endorsements and merchandise.
You’re so right! It’s the irony for me!
I agree. They tried roasting him and vanilla ice when Biggie was at the peak of his career. But they both stood the rest of time.

I love Tammi! Her and Marvin Gaye's "Complete Duets" are pure musical magic ✨ 🎶
I'm scouring Dorothy Vaughan's internet to find a capella versions of their duets and her solo projects, especially "Can't Stop Now" and "If You See Bill"
Not you bringing out the Bobby Brown gif when you mentioned John Houston (RIP) trying to get him to marry Whitney. 😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂
Thanks for this, he was a interesting 🤔 character wasn't he ?
He should team up with Wind Rose and do a rap version of "Fellows of the Hammer."
In real life Hammer is a real good dude.
All I have to say is MC Hammer made Addams Family all the way lit!
What was the name of that music artist Kevin Christian's song that Hammer supposedly stole "Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh..."???
Within 2 minutes of this, I was in shock of his success. Imo, he should be very proud of himself. Then I heard his greatest achievement, married for 36 years. This man is blessed
Interesting... MC Hammer. I know a handful of songs, but I was never head over heels for him. My favorite ended up being _Pumps and a Bump._ After that record, I have no idea. I have no desire to go back and listen to his catalog. Wish I could say more, but eh. I don't have a strong enough connection to him. Great video, Sis. You're doing a fantastic job.
Thank you very much for this wonderful story, bendiciones..
The funky Headhunter!
Didn't know he was a rapper
The cut-ins on this video had me rollin! Guess Hammer did try to "hurt em" in several ways!
Talk about tone LOC and sir mix a lot,Coolio
I enjoyed this especially the Whitney Houston part 😊🌹🙏
Mc Hammer is one of the 1st pioneers on endorsement deals as a rapper and he needs to be respected and recognized as a black history figure indefinitely.
He deserves his 🌺🌹🌺🌹🌺🌹🌺🌹💯
Does anybody know where I can find the song by Kevin Christian? I want to see if it really sounds like Here Comes the Hammer.
M.C. Hammer...I don't give damb what anyone says..Hammer was a whole vibe..straight trendsetter..and authentic as the come..looking futuristic and like one of the Floaters. 🤔🙄..go ask your auntie nem' bout them Floaters.🎼🎙🎙🎙🎙🎙🎵🎶
