Spirit of the city is a Krakow-based project by Witek Bartula, which was originally intended to be a solo project, but transformed into a band for future concerts and releases. The music largely oscillates between trip-hop, dub and shoegaze, and is inspired by bands such as Massive Attack and Slowdive. On the one hand, they focus on originality, soul and artistry, while on the other hand they focus on accessibility and upbeatness.
