  • This fun French martini cocktail has a wonderful balance of flavors thanks to pineapple juice, black raspberry liquor and of course vodka; they all combine for a smooth, sweet and creamy drink that you’ll love.

This cocktail might have a classic name but it only dates back to 1989! Depending on what you read it was either invented at a bar in New York or by the Chambord company itself as a promotion. Either way its a fun cocktail with a nice fruity note that’s dangerously strong but oh so smooth! Add it to your bartending repetoir or play with the recipe and have some fun with your mixology.
If you can’t find Chambord you can make this cocktail with Creme de cassis, which is a delicious black currant liquor that works wonderfully in this French martini recipe.

A friend of mine sent me your link. This is a great classic cocktail that so many have forgotten about. I am the owner of Square One Organic Vodka - the brand you used in the video. We are boutique in size and high in quality so thank you for choosing our organic vodka for your video! Love your personality! Cheers, Allison

Alittle Vodka for the drink, and a little for the Chef!

My favorite cocktail hands down! Little tip I learned from an incredible bartender at Freddy's in Park Slope; sub out regular vodka for vanilla vodka! It adds a velvety smooth note that makes the drink even tastier! Def need to try the lime tho, cheers 🖤

About to take on cocktail mixing as a hobby and I'm so excited. Made a mojito yesterday and came out fire. Can't wait to make this for a date (her favorite drink).

Ohhh I love Chambord! I'm a bartender and I think you should try St.German. Its made from Elderflower and I add it in my mimosas, and splash it in my summer cocktails 🥰🥳🤸🏽‍♂️

Love this! I love Chambord! There's an incredible fresh bakery in my area and they make the most incredible chocolate raspberry chamord cake. it's the most intense, delicious thing I've ever had the pleasure of having in my life.
