However after the treatment he received and the break he took, he got a lot better. Its not that he's scared of going out alone ,he goes out by himself a lot. He just prefers laying in his bed. Also, I think he's uncomfortable vlogging outside,uk recording himself in the public

Han is such an amazing person to me. He has social anxiety yet he chose a career that requires him to interact with people and anything that is associated with his anxiety. Like performing in front of a lot of people, talking with interviewers or hosts or whatever else. Anything can potentially be a trigger to make him nervous or anxious, but he fights it instead of running away from it and for that I am so proud. There is courage and strength when it comes to facing your fears. He is so admirable.

Being an introvert + anxiety, going out is really a big challenge. we are proud of you Han Jisung!😊
Han is such an amazing person to me. He has social anxiety yet he chose a career that requires him to interact with people and anything that is associated with his anxiety. Like performing in front of a lot of people, talking with interviewers or hosts or whatever else. Anything can potentially be a trigger to make him nervous or anxious, but he fights it instead of running away from it and for that I am so proud. There is courage and strength when it comes to facing your fears. He is so admirable.
I am beyond proud of Han for taking his time and energy to do this for stay and I hope he knows how loved and appreciated he is🥺 taking this vlog was huuuge and it's always amazing to see how hard he works for us but most importantly good to make sure he's eating and resting enough and I'm so proud of him for taking us with him throughout his day :)
