Sarada being so young and gaining the mangekyou is a big feat. Especially because she loves Boruto and wants to protect him. All the young ones do get strong when they are taught by the right ninjas
My theory is that awakening the sharingan/ms through empathy/sympathy and protection of a loved one causes a much stronger awakening than through the grief of a loved one's death. I.e. Obito with his sharingan to protect his friends, and even Madara awakened his 1 tomoe sharingan at the thought of losing Hashirama as his best friend and realizing they would eventually have to fight. They both went on to have insanely gifted MS's, Obito with his Kamui and Madara with his ability to manipulate time.
Sarada has grown up in a time of peace and happiness witch means that things will affect her emotionally more easily than it would ppl of Naruto and Sasuke's era, back then not having or loosing the ppl you love was a normal thing, but the world Sarada has grown up in everyone has their parents, no one she loves has died, so am not surprised that just from the confusion and fear of everyone all of a sudden hating and wanting to kill the person she loves most is enough to put her though enough emotional turmoil that it activated her mangekyou sharingan.
I hope she unlocks EMS differently too. I think the reason MS can blind due to overuse is because "hatred" can blind people. But since Sarada unlocked hers with love, maybe she can find a new way to get EMS.

I would argue that Sarada's will isnt to save Boruto. It's to illuminate the truth. Which is why she has a sun pattern. This also completely ends the curse of hatred because if speculation is right and Madara's ability was to see through clones, Madara's will was that he didn't want to be tricked. The shadow clone jutsu and like were the only jutsu capable of tricking the sharingan. So Madara gained the ability to see through lies. Sarada's will is the polar opposite. She doesn't want to not be tricked. She wants everyone ELSE to not be tricked or lied to. Madara saw through lies for himself. Sarada sees through lies for others, sharing that truth with everyone. That ability isnt inhibited just as any other mangekyou ability. So it will even work on ootsuki and she'll probably gain an enhanced version mirroring EMS. Against Ootsuki Susanoo is useless, so she'll wear the the armor to exceed human limits and go toe to toe with them. Fighting Eida requires an equal power so Sarada's ability will probably fully be realized (or symbolized) as omniscience. Eida is the dark feminine, sarada is the divine feminine in the light. Just like Boruto being divine masculine in the light and Kawaki being lost in the shadow. Which is even more interesting because Sasuke's rinnegan ability awakened in the war was probably a manifestion of his hidden desire to switch places with Naruto. Kawaki ironically fulfilled that will against Boruto and now Sasuke is training the person whos place was switched.

Sasuke didn’t awaken his rinnegan because he wanted to switch places with him. He got it because Kabuto pumped him full of hashirama cells which enabled him to meet with Hagoromo, and then when Hagoromo gave his chakra to Sasuke is when he awakened it. Other than that, I like this theory!

I think this will probably lead to a Sarada vs Eida fight that will end in a talk. From everything we know Sumerie and Sarada know that Eida is involved, and with this information they may start taking Shikamaru's words into heart more as they plan what to do next. Currently right now they don't know that killing Eida won't reverse the effects, but if Sarada looks up to naruto then it's possible she is more willing to talk things out to her. Referring more to what ABD said at 13:20 to 13:35 as it will most probably play the same way. For plot reasons Sarada and Eida might find a solution to reversing the effects. Sarada is gonna need some really hax MS abilities to be able to counter Eida. I like the fate changing idea. Really excited to see what they are. The people who thought her awakening was too easy haven't been paying attention to the series and especially the past like 10 chapters.
The problem on people that said her awakening on ms was easy and this anime was trash, is because they still think and expect what things that happened in Naruto should be happen also in Boruto shows. I also made the connection that Sarada was based on Ame-no-Uzume, but I only made this connection do to multiple factors. It’s no coincidence that Itachi had Amaterasu and Sasuke had Kagutsuchi which are all fire based deities. Also the biggest factor being that Ame-no-Uzume is the goddess of Dawn that saved the world from eternal night. I honestly believe that the eternal night is Ada because her senrigan ability is specified that it cannot be undone. Another factor that proves this is the eye patterns.
Kaguya also gained her sharingan due to stress and fear of the others coming to the planet so you could also say that her sharingan could have been different if it were obtained through love😊
She gained the ‘rinnesharingan’ and did so through the chakra fruit, though I do like the idea that Kaguyas method of awakening all she did was the catalyst to how shinobi do being her descendants and the psychological effects being passed down

I'd argue that the mangekyuo was never activated by only hatred alone. One could argue hate grows out of love for someone or something. Love has also been known to cause pain and suffering.

Guys wouldn't it make sense that Sarada have something similar to Shisui's Kotoamatsukami or even the same thing given that it seems that Aida's ability has alot of characteristics of kotoamatsukami. Also given that if its possible & true that Sarada's mangekyou would have access to most abilities of past uchihas, we can't rule out that she would get the kotoamatsukami. Plus her ability would be busted because we can't forget sarada has otsutsuki chakra in her due to sasuke inheriting the sage of six path chakra and we know chakra gets passed down the bloodline even if its merged with chakra such as sakura. so sarada's power and abilities would be rival otsutsukis powers such as boruto, kawaki, aida and code.

I don't think he'd have to die they could surgically swap them. For the story however I think it's likely he'll end up dying at some point. I know all the shin uchia clones have the eyes also so that could be an option.
It only works with siblings, she doesn't have a sibling so my guess is that she wont go blind cause in the future she will develop the same 100 healings jutsu that Sakura has and that will keep healing her so her eyes wont go blind....just like Obito didn't go blind cause he had Hashirama cells healing him everytime he used his Mangekyo.

I believe the only was this prophecy didn’t go momshikis way is if future boruto interfered. He said he doesn’t like where this is going. We barely know how the characters act because there’s no character development at all. the way the story is written makes you just assume they are close because the story is getting longer but that’s what we get with a monthly manga and a trash filler anime

Hagoromo's sharingan progression took place same way as rest of the Uchiha where he had to see his brother die to progress his sharingan to next level and this took place before the cylce of hatred began. So what doesn't makes sense to me is since there was no cycle of hatred going on and Hagoromo loved his brother so why didn't his sharingan progression took place same way as Sarada where his sharingan should have been progressed to next level when he saw his brother was in a bind and was being controlled against his will same way how Sarada awakened her mangekyou sharingan when Boruto was in a bind and was being chased by the whole village. Can we finally acknowledge how powerful the neo ohtsutski will be? Sarada genetically has uchiha genetics and enhanced hashirama cells via sasuke which she has now unlocked a unique MS with as well as the ridiculous chakra control training that she will likely have from sakura now. If she does have a child with boruto later on, it's likely that momoshiki inadvertently created a new and likely more powerful branch of the clan by accidentally combining kaguya and his own genetics as boruto is now essentially an ohtsutski hybrid that has purely human traits. Any child born of this combination will likely possess at least a Rinnegan, potentially a jougan, an the ability to unlock the byakugan and even the 9 tomoe Rinnegan like kaguya did and even the possibility of having two extra eyes like momoshiki
I think Sarada's sharingan abilities will be as follows: The first will be a mix of the kinetic eye and the eye of hypnotism, in which Sarada will have a clairvoyant power that is able to see a path to her immediate objective in a fight and her eye of hypnotism will slightly alter things in the fight to make achieving that objective easier. The second ability will be an ability to make others see what they most desire in that current moment and believe it's real, thereby leaving them defenseless to attacks.
The Uchiha mangekyou abilities are just smaller scale Ōtsutsuki abilities. Tsukuyomi smaller scale infinite tsukuyomi Prediction ability, smaller scale future insight. Shisui’s ability is pretty much a smaller scale version of eidas ability Izanagi and izanami smaller scale ability of creation of all things. To the point death becomes an illusion.

I would argue that Sarada's will isnt to save Boruto. It's to illuminate the truth. Which is why she has a sun pattern. This also completely ends the curse of hatred because if speculation is right and Madara's ability was to see through clones, Madara's will was that he didn't want to be tricked. The shadow clone jutsu and like were the only jutsu capable of tricking the sharingan. So Madara gained the ability to see through lies.
Sarada's will is the polar opposite. She doesn't want to not be tricked. She wants everyone ELSE to not be tricked or lied to. Madara saw through lies for himself. Sarada sees through lies for others, sharing that truth with everyone.
That ability isnt inhibited just as any other mangekyou ability. So it will even work on ootsuki and she'll probably gain an enhanced version mirroring EMS.
Against Ootsuki Susanoo is useless, so she'll wear the the armor to exceed human limits and go toe to toe with them.
Fighting Eida requires an equal power so Sarada's ability will probably fully be realized (or symbolized) as omniscience. Eida is the dark feminine, sarada is the divine feminine in the light.
Just like Boruto being divine masculine in the light and Kawaki being lost in the shadow. Which is even more interesting because Sasuke's rinnegan ability awakened in the war was probably a manifestion of his hidden desire to switch places with Naruto.

Sasuke didn’t awaken his rinnegan because he wanted to switch places with him. He got it because Kabuto pumped him full of hashirama cells which enabled him to meet with Hagoromo, and then when Hagoromo gave his chakra to Sasuke is when he awakened it.

I think this will probably lead to a Sarada vs Eida fight that will end in a talk. From everything we know Sumerie and Sarada know that Eida is involved, and with this information they may start taking Shikamaru's words into heart more as they plan what to do next. Currently right now they don't know that killing Eida won't reverse the effects, but if Sarada looks up to naruto then it's possible she is more willing to talk things out to her. Referring more to what ABD said at 13:20 to 13:35 as it will most probably play the same way. For plot reasons Sarada and Eida might find a solution to reversing the effects. I think it's a good theory but let me hear about others :>

I also made the connection that Sarada was based on Ame-no-Uzume, but I only made this connection do to multiple factors. It’s no coincidence that Itachi had Amaterasu and Sasuke had Kagutsuchi which are all fire based deities. Also the biggest factor being that Ame-no-Uzume is the goddess of Dawn that saved the world from eternal night. I honestly believe that the eternal night is Ada because her senrigan ability is specified that it cannot be undone. Another factor that proves this is the eye patterns.

If the uchiha unlock the sharingan just by falling in love with someone then obito would have unlocked it a long time when rin got captured or even before the mission where she got captured. The principle of the sharingan being unlocked is based on the desire to protect and save someone. Not because of some cupid feelings. It's sort like dragonball z. There are some ways in unlocking super saiyan, with one being pure rage and that of the experience of loss and the desire to protect someone, as seen in goku, trunks and gohan

Guys wouldn't it make sense that Sarada have something similar to Shisui's Kotoamatsukami or even the same thing given that it seems that Aida's ability has alot of characteristics of kotoamatsukami. Also given that if its possible & true that Sarada's mangekyou would have access to most abilities of past uchihas, we can't rule out that she would get the kotoamatsukami. I don't think he'd have to die they could surgically swap them. For the story however I think it's likely he'll end up dying at some point. I know all the shin uchia clones have the eyes also so that could be an option.

Hagoromo's sharingan progression took place same way as rest of the Uchiha where he had to see his brother die to progress his sharingan to next level and this took place before the cylce of hatred began. I'm fine with how she awakened her MS btw, it was always my understanding that the MS was a result of an extreme emotional response, whether that be love, pain, loss, rage, hate, ect. So I'm good with it, I mean Itachi didn't kill Shisui, Sasuke didn't kill Itachi. It was the overwhelming emotion. The loss of love, same with Sarada, even though he's alive, in her mind he will be killed, as a traitor at that. So it's her being fully convinced she's about to lose him.

i mean there's infatuation behind sarada's awakening but personally i think it's a very strong sympathy/pity for boruto finding out how everyone is suddenly against him and that she's powerless at that point to do anything. basically its a mix of love, pity, sadness.
It’s crazy how all of this is going on with out them knowing about the great ninja war..can’t wait to see when that happens and if eida and Kawaki puts everybody under that genjutsu can’t Sadara and boruto just reverse that
