I personally worked at a nursing home before, and I can honestly say that the CNA’s work the hardest then it’s the cooks and the housekeeping staff. Nurses don’t be wiping no asses so the CNA’s need the good gifts💯💯💯❤️

People have no idea what the CNA actually consists of.. you assist the client. The nurse. The doctor. The family. Clean. Cook. Appointments . Activities. Shopping. Making sure they get their meds..etc Take on every attitude. Every feeling. Every emotion of another human being. With high expectations. And little help.We take care the as a whole. Doesn't run with out a aide. We are everything wrapped up in one
At least you got something. For pharmacy week, the pharmacy technicians didn't get anything but a thank you. However, the pharmacist got gift baskets with food, Amazon gift cards, tumblers, and several other gifts.
I have been a PSW (equivalent to CNA) for 10 years. We get a PSW day. I once had a homemade piece of cake and if we’re lucky, we might get an email 😂 Do they know what we do????
Nahh nurse gifts aiant anything either..I was an cna then a nurse the gifts really didn't get better!! A hospital wanted us to have nurses week shirt, we had to buy them! Then gave us a coffee mug and a lunch cooler(really flimsy) and a pen. All of these were a drug reps items said like xyz drug inc all over it was very obvious...so what did the hospital buy us??? Not a dang thing.
I thought that bottle was a bottle of half drank vodka for a second there lmao 💀💀💀💀🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 or a mini shot. Hehe I swear I never get pinned comments but I make myself laugh sometimes 🤣🤣🤣🤣
