There is a movement among the (blue) states. A candidate needs 270 electoral votes to win. If enough states pledge to cast their electoral votes for the winner of the popular vote, then the electoral college can be circumvented. The only other way would be a constitutional amendment which is an impossibility with this current political environment. 💙💙💙
