hi Louis thanks for your videos you have got so many tools all of tem so expensive what do thinking abut dos cutting tools from btb are thay better thean yours what you have used be for?
hi Qasy well both work very well but sharp its the key to clean fast and smooth ..but btb has more advantage on regular those ears clean difficult area better than just square heads ..
i wish i could afford that sidekick right now, its about 250$ on amazon. hey, so it looks like when you set the WS on the drivers side, you set it directly into the glue? im currently working at a lexus/toyota dealership in collision, and those body guys DO NOT LIKE TO HELP!!! and when they do, they mess it up (probably on purpose so i wont ask again). so anyway my question is, on the drivers side you just set it down into the glue, then go to other side and lower *it* into the glue, right? thAnks bud, im loving your videos and im jealous of all your tools.
Wow that sucks, there is nothing like having a second person,to bad the insurance companies dont pay for a professional job, that's why I do less insurance co work, they dont care about you vehicles or the quality of work, only price!! It's not there car!!
Glass guy for 11 years, alot of body shop work and customers, i can honestly say in a perfect world this is idea, but when u barely get 1 hour to do a windshield you don't even think about using an sidekick, i don't even remove cowl screens 95% of the time unless it's heated
As someone who has done this for 16years.. doing a windscreen in 45mins including talking to customer and removing all cowls/scuttle is very easy. No manual lifting, no manual cutting. All tools to help cut out and lift in. Also gunning up on the body like that is terrible practise
You are a hacker that just rolls the bottom bead off, they must call you the whistler. It's people like you who give this industry a bad name!! Do you ever have repeat customers? Maybe then you will change your ways, after viewing your past installation!!
Absolutely amazing,,,I’ve been an autoglaser now for 30 years,, and even i haven’t got such a steady hand,,, respect 👍
Lots of adjustments! Nice job ! The rotating glass rack was more impressive than the side kick lol
I prefer a 2 person installation team lol.
Thanks for the video! I made my own similar devices with suction cups I bought until I can afford a lil buddy. The device I made cost me about $25.
Send me a pic

Good try, but I don't like that staff, I like better the rolladeck
Too expensive...
Aren't you taking too much time?
As an independent auto glass guy this isn’t too much time, for a company this would be too much time
Time yah. Maybe insurance companies should pay more to have a professional job done,
I dont recommend the sidekick waist of time and money
