Is there any way to block the other way around? Make the user unable to print unless they have a password or an specific IP?

क्या यह निश्चित नही है कि हम प्रिन्ट जो चाहे दे सके जैसे a4, legel ,a3,कम्प्यूटर दुवारा क्योंकि मेरे mp ricoh2014 में प्रिंट देने पर ऐसा नही हो रहा है इसको हम कैसे सेटिंग्स कर सकते है मुझे इसप्रकार की प्रिन्ट निकालने के लिए बार बार मशीन की सेटिंग्स चेंज करनी पड़ती है
अतः इसका कोई उपाय हो तो बताये
