I spent the last year confined like the majority of the world population and as soon as the majority of the world population will be vaccinated, that we will not hear as much about variants and that it will be safe again, I plan to travel and party too. where I live the sanitary measures are still very severe and we do not recommend traveling for the moment, even vaccinated it is still too early...
@@SL-xw4sf lol not what i meant. just funny because when it all started she was getting tested frequently and not seeing anyone other than her parents. the vaccine doesn't make you invincible. I will be traveling once it's safe to do so, it's not right now.
@@Marie-sh9yi According to the CDC, “fully vaccinated travelers are less likely to get and spread COVID-19”. “CDC recommends delaying international travel until you are fully vaccinated” which she is. Your annoyance or anger at the fact that she is literally following the rules provided to us, should be directed at governments who are still freely allowing people to travel. If they were so worried, it would not be an option for us. So please allow people to make decisions for themselves especially when the decision is within the guidelines of government entities.

Then direct your concern to the Mexican government :)) not her! Many other Caribbean islands have closed their borders or limited who can enter and they all depend on tourism but still have done this. If the Mexican government is ok with allowing people to continue traveling there, it has nothing to do with Maddie and she will not save the world if she did not go because as you can see, there were many other individuals there without masks who I am sure are from the US as well :)
The chances of catching or spreading it while being vaccinated are slim to none. we all have to live our normal lives at some point

Mexico doesn’t filter their water so if you are used to filtered water (like the US and some other countries have) then unfiltered water will actually make you really sick. I had a friend who had to go the er after drinking tap water in Cancun. :(
