Apologies for the late reply. Its a jab at the fact us old AC guys have ideals that are considered "standard" to the game. Mid Weight, RIfle, Missile, Cannon, and left arm blade being the classic or iconic design of an Armored Core unit. Obviously that's changed over the years. While elements remain, such as the Canon / Missile still being very useful. The main AC featured here is both of these things. A Modern take on an old Classic. The blending of old and new.
