Eventually he caught up to it and began to claw at it while riding it and someone got the idea to turn off the magic preventing the motion sickness. When they did Wendy immediately went down and Acnologia practically threw up and fell off the fortress
My favorite was when it happend to Rouge, I don't remember what episode but he wanted to save Frosh from a rushing cart, he jumped on it and wanted to turn it back but he immediately felt dizzy and passed out 😂

I always figured the reason dragon slayers get motion sickness is because they're "dragons" and dragons fly to get from place to place so travel by vehicles instead of wings throws off their sense of balance because as dragons they're meant to fly, not drive, sail, etc.
Natsu was the first anime protagonist I've seen with such weakness that is not completelly connected to fight, I don't remember seeing any other MC anime with something similar.
