A guy you want on your team like Georges Laraque who is a viable great hockey player, that can also viably change your perspective on life decisions, if needed. A guy that when the coach tells you to drop them with, a small part of your life dies. Pittsburgh didn't do it with Sid, the game was going in a different way... What's really not good is that Bedard is going to get his head knocked off by questionable hits for the next 4 years, and then get REALLY hurt, and all of you will ask, "How could this have happened?" I hope I am wrong.
The kids fricken amazing… and I’m a blues fan! Lmao it’s made me actually root for them a little…….. I really love how he plays, gonna be one of the greats some day.
When a goal is taken back by inches according to the rules, it may not count on the stat sheets, but the players know the skill was there. If an offside had to be reviewed, then it was skill that got the goal, not dirty play. Beddard still beat the netminder. I’ve no problem with the ruling, you have to protect those, but if it’s that close, even though the goal doesn’t count, it still shows skill.
As a wings fan I highly respect Bedard for not backing down and playing hard despite how shit the hawks have been this season. Wish the wings had a young kid like him.
I love how many people said the injury was going to make Bedard realize he's a stupid kid with no chance in the NHL and he'd turn into a timid and shy player who is too scared of getting hurt to play hard, and yet he's still wearing a fishbowl helmet and he's already more aggressive and ambitious than he was before. Y'all really released a new supervillain into hockey.
Just as long as they get first in the draft, I don't care how many games they loose. It'll just make the future success that much sweeter, especially putting back to back #1 draft picks on the ice! Go Hawks, get last place!!!
Amazing vid! Off topic question - want to do a channel doing tennis type videos but always wonder how you're allowed to show clips from network TV? Or even clips from movies etc and the clips not be copyright???? Great content keep it up!
Go Bedard!! I think he learned fast not to be walked all over. Nice Canadian kid won’t cut it in the NHL. Glad he finally realizes. This was a great sum up!!
im surprised he didnt get a star ~ the 3 canes stars only got 2 points each ~ re the calder since he came back 3 games played 2 goals 4 assists + 2 disallowed goals
Orlov really needs to stop shoving players into our goaltenders. That's how Kochetkov got a concussion. Although I will say, Bedard definitely took the chance of being pushed into Martin to slash him hard on the inside wrist just below the glove where there's no padding (watch the replay, Bedard gets pushed, falls into Martin, and THEN slashes him on the wrist, it wasn't one motion). Then he pulls at Martin's right pad while Martin is in the butterfly which itself is a dangerous play. I don't blame Martin for giving Bedard a little slash back. Teams know that we're a goalie injury away from disaster (we're one of the best teams in the NHL despite having the literal worst goaltending in the NHL this season so far, something like .887 average SV%) so a lot of teams target our goalies.
0:36 "Bedard stares down the goalie" and his squad is still down by several goals. Martin even pointed to the scoreboard reminding Bedard he's still losing. Canes still won 6-3 easy. Mrazek stood on his head and had NO help from Bedard or his Dmen. 4:58 Bedard cellys in the goal crease. Such a dick move. You don't do that. Especially you don't act like that when your team is still down by 2 goals. Overall, not a fan of Bedard's actions that game. He's a good player but don't become a hot-headed douche while you're at it. We don't need more Marchands

A guy that when the coach tells you to drop them with, a small part of your life dies.
Pittsburgh didn't do it with Sid, the game was going in a different way...
What's really not good is that Bedard is going to get his head knocked off by questionable hits for the next 4 years, and then get REALLY hurt, and all of you will ask, "How could this have happened?"
I hope I am wrong.
I love spencer martin😂
you must have a thing for terrible goaltending lmao
Bedard and Jack Hughes are going to be fun to watch as they get more time under their belts.
Connor Bédard, Le Maître, et il n' as pas fini de nous impressionné !!
Can’t way to see he grow and dominate even more!
Great stuff as always bro 💯🙌🏿
Always a good recap. Thanks for these
Pointing to the scoreboard with a 80 save percentage is crazy
As a wings fan I highly respect Bedard for not backing down and playing hard despite how shit the hawks have been this season. Wish the wings had a young kid like him.
but you have a beloved older Blackhawk of ours now :(
I love how many people said the injury was going to make Bedard realize he's a stupid kid with no chance in the NHL and he'd turn into a timid and shy player who is too scared of getting hurt to play hard, and yet he's still wearing a fishbowl helmet and he's already more aggressive and ambitious than he was before. Y'all really released a new supervillain into hockey.
Just as long as they get first in the draft, I don't care how many games they loose. It'll just make the future success that much sweeter, especially putting back to back #1 draft picks on the ice! Go Hawks, get last place!!!
I am sat here giggling at the "chicago bedards" and "bubble bedard" ffs
Amazing vid! Off topic question - want to do a channel doing tennis type videos but always wonder how you're allowed to show clips from network TV? Or even clips from movies etc and the clips not be copyright???? Great content keep it up!
As a Blackhawks fan - we knew we were going to stink it up and get shit stomped during the season. I am looking forward to the future for sure!
Not a Hawks fan, but Bedard is sure fun to watch. That stare down was cold.
id love to see the Chicago Bedards vs the Pittsburgh Crosbys
They just played the other night. Crosby scored two goals
watching this kid the next 15 years is going to be special
Go Bedard!! I think he learned fast not to be walked all over. Nice Canadian kid won’t cut it in the NHL. Glad he finally realizes. This was a great sum up!!
im surprised he didnt get a star ~ the 3 canes stars only got 2 points each ~
re the calder
since he came back
3 games played
2 goals 4 assists
+ 2 disallowed goals
Mrazek is a beast considering the Hawks can’t control the puck on the offensive side. He has to stop A LOT of pucks.
Saw conner in person and he is a speed demon
So when does the SAVAGE part come up?
He says from the keyboard in his basement.
Say`s the person on his keyboard in his basement to my post.@@thedude1316
Orlov really needs to stop shoving players into our goaltenders. That's how Kochetkov got a concussion. Although I will say, Bedard definitely took the chance of being pushed into Martin to slash him hard on the inside wrist just below the glove where there's no padding (watch the replay, Bedard gets pushed, falls into Martin, and THEN slashes him on the wrist, it wasn't one motion). Then he pulls at Martin's right pad while Martin is in the butterfly which itself is a dangerous play. I don't blame Martin for giving Bedard a little slash back.
Teams know that we're a goalie injury away from disaster (we're one of the best teams in the NHL despite having the literal worst goaltending in the NHL this season so far, something like .887 average SV%) so a lot of teams target our goalies.
lol @ "Chigago Bedards" ... awesome. I got so tired of the hype around him before he joined... but I am glad to see he's living up to it.
Seeing 18 year olds this good, as a full grown man, really makes me feel like less of a man hahaha. Skill level is off the charts
“Staring down Martin like an absolute beast.”
Score 5-2
Game 6-3
About as intimidating as an angry little kitten
You do realize Bedard at 18,5’8” 185lbs and built like a brick wall gets hits and gives hits… you pulled a muscle just sitting on the couch eating Cheetos..,🤣
Bedsy with the no celly stare down.
bro the canes goalie sucks ass, he really isnt that good, its the vegas effect of have all the offense so the defense doesnt have to play on a string. martin is horrid and to test a rookie who had (really 4 points) vs you in a game is insane
Bedard is the entire franchise
Dude. I may be a Rangers fan but Bedard seems fun to watch (however: My favorite rookie is still gonna be Cuylle. His vibes are simply incredible) Might have to tune into the next Blackhawks game to see Bubble Bedard in action.
The kid is gonna have to go through some tough rebuilding years but if management can make the right moves they absolute have a superstar to build around
Did anybody else realize it that reverse hit to Bedard was illegal. The guy left the ice when you body check someone in hockey your feet have to stay on the ice you can’t jump and hit someone and that’s classified as jumping because he lifted off the ice and hit him, it might be from behind, but it’s still illegal
dude im a Canes fan and im still rooting for Bedard!!! uncalled for from Martin
