"Lack of Confidence" is becoming an excuse for some stupid decisions on the pitch. why he didnt take a touch we'll never know, why he didnt use his strong foot , we'll also never know. he does this all the time. He also doesnt defend, if you think im lying watch him the next time he plays, he jogs and acts clueless when we're under pressure and need more men back to defend. Everytime he has the ball, ive lost count of how many time he tries to do a skill that he cant pull off , resulting in the loss of possession, when theres clearly a pass available...

@@charlesnkomo4148 the current profile of players we have now for the 343 formation are better than what Tuchel had back then, except for Rudiger. We currently have the players who can play in Leverkusens formation and style, and still do better, by comparing like for like with the Leverkusen players/team, just like the ones above, in comment section.
I hate to say a few things even though I am a die hard Chels, but all this training, strategy, amenities and luxury provided by the Club, so they play well and perform well and give it all in the pitch. Well we are not seeing that from this lot. Hope we pick some momentum now and finish strong at the end of season and try for CL places.

After what happened, in retrospect, I'd have been absolutely delighted with another draw; referring to the question asked from the press conference clip.
As nice as it is seeing the squad getting along and building chemistry, i wish they would take training a little more seriously considering how awful they play on matchday. Feels like they're getting paid millions to mess around and vibe all week and then get battered against teams of actual professionals. Need a winning mindset back at our Chelsea, not this "just have fun" nonsense if we want to get back to where we belong. Embarrassing.

Trust me, now with Broja going out we’re only left with Jackson up top, Poch clearly doesn’t know rotations to properly let players cook outside their positions e.g., false 9 Palmer. Unless he uses Washington (which I doubt he will), the player to “experiment” with at the top as replacement has to be Casadei for a variety of reasons, hear me out, but it’s too late to experiment now… Nkunku needs to play at 10, Palmer as winger, that’s primary.

The Players aren't doing anything wrong. The club shouldn't put out clips of them laughing in training after the SMASHING we got. We want to see a disciplined team right now, PR Team. We want to see improved tactical awareness and physicality, our players keep getting bullied off the ball. These dudes are all talented and contrary to belief, all of them can play football well, but the coaching, management, medical, and discipline structures around them are failing them and have dropped our club's usual standards. The new owners, Winstanley and Poch must re-evaluate what they are doing with this group or we will never arrive at the so-called "100 Points team"
