I remember watching this six part series in 92/93 (operation crozon 2 parts) awesome series. If only policing today was held to the same standards. When they busted them it was on the edge of your seat stuff. They would have been released from prison in the early 2000's, the gang leader passing away a few years back. Another great shootout series was' the flying squad 'around the same time.

I once bought a Benetton bag and an arsenal top. I immediately robbed a bank and a Ladbrokes with a banana I had in my lunch box. I was arrested shortly after a witness noticed my Benetton bag on crime stoppers, shaved off years of my life in pentonvil. That arsenal top was the worst mistake of my life....
It so strange that I feel nostalgia for a period of time that I never experienced. There was much less traffic. Everyone had authentic accents. The streets look cleaner. Sometimes when I look at the UK now I don't even recognise it as my country.
