You should be constantly using dynamic punch (or submission if you skill it) to gain movement speed and run around the map more efficiently, i never played machamp but im pretty sure all good machamp players do this, you only used it on enemies.
I’ve got a 6 brown,4 green and 2 blue for emblem, use razor claw, attack weight and weakness policy for dragonite,machamp and water bear. I finally learned how to set up emblems and it’s a big game changer

Machamp is not that good he’s just ok. Dies too easy and cool downs are too long also he gets no shielding or sustain
Even tho surging strikes got nerfed it still strong if you know how to use it

You don't need green on physical attackers like the ones you just stated, you'll get more value by having 4 white instead of the green
actually unfortunately you dont learnt it completely , you should try 6 brown 4 white with attack and crit stats
