For a bit of context on the title of "Eve, Psyche and the Bluebeard's Wife", for those who might not know yet: Eve refers to the biblical Eve, who defied God's command and ate of the fruit of knowledge. Psyche is the human wife of the god Eros, from Greek mythology, who defied his command to never try to see what he looked like. (Psyche is pronounced that way only in English; the Korean pronunciation 프시케 is much closer to the Ancient Greek one, Ψυχή). Ariadne, the Bluebeard's seventh wife, defied his command to never open the seventh door in their home and see what is behind it. The song is about seeking knowledge without compromises, and not accepting other people's restrictions: I'm not a doll, I'm the only one who decides my rules, I'll see what's forbidden.
