"The human mind cannot even begin to understand the unimaginable complexity that is involved in the perfection of nature." Truer words have never been spoken.
I'm happy to see you really get it Charlie!!
I agree! It’s so irreducibly complex. It’s so perfect. It was designed by a creator for sure.
I would ask 1 thing. Why do you mix metric and standard measurements? You just said, "... add 1 liter to 1 gallon." That's like saying, "Cut me a 2x4 three feet, 10 centimeters long." That doesn't make sense. Is it really gonna matter if you only add a quart to the gallon? Or just say, "Add a tad over a quart to a gallon." Let's stick with ounces, cups, pints, quarts and gallons since you're in the USA. Or just stick with metric, one or the other, but not both. I think you're the reason for my high school chemistry nightmare last night. Other than that, I think you're the best thing since sliced bread.
This is my first year gardening, ever. I really respect this viewpoint. I am working to rebuild my soil to eventually have a food forest....this is completely aligned with my spiritual path!! Looking forward to more content!!
Thank you for this positive energy my friend!!!... you cut right to the core of it all... growing that which sustains us in ways that harmonize with nature is truly a spiritual path...
Yes , I fully agree with you as doing gardening in natural ways is like a moving meditation while restoring and building up the soil. Thanks Garden like a Viking👍🙏
@gardenlikeaviking what's your take on jadam saying you must apply these jadam products at 4 am for it to be effective he specifically said if you dont apply at 4 am then don't bother starting a garden whats your take?
@@anth115 that's if you are doing monoculture, jadam provides current farmers a cheaper alternative to chemical fertilizers and pesticides. This is not necessary if you use diverse blends of cover crops and do not till the soil. There are lazy ways to water your plants early in the morning if you like to sleep in 😂
@michaeldrum8369 grass is typically a monoculture having a lawn. And you definitely don't need to wake up at 4 am to have a nice grass ;) and let me tell you jadam is great for having a nice grass as well. It works on anything with soil
Now I really like you, keep that in mind. I have a deep love of biology and chemistry. Those chemicals you read off are the same chemicals that the protozoans, metazoans, fungi, bacteria, and insects all free up. I love "organic gardening" but I'm not an organic gardener. My seedlings get a liquid synthetic. I can store 200lbs in an 18 gallon tote. Calcium nitrate and epsom salt are always my core starting points. I will always hit my seedlings with a liquid synthetic, and I never dilute it. Now I'm also lazy in nature. Because of this, I love using leaf mold, compost, my worm bins castings, and alfalfa pellets(organic, keep away from those herbicides and pesticides) as a top dress fertilizer. Fertilizers aren't your enemies. Now herbicides and pesticides are a different story.
Now all the disagreement aside, your methods are great and work. Great channel and keep trucking along.
thank you for this thoughtful and respectful comment my friend.... I deeply disagree with you on the use of synthetic fertilizers... of course I'm not saying there's anything wrong with you or anyone who uses them as a person... but I am saying chemicals are not the same as the biological method and they do not nourish the life in the soil and therefor they cannot be the way of the future... nor are they the ways of our ancestors whose lives literally depended on keeping the soil healthy and alive for millennia before us... thank you for your input Ronald
Those chemicals, but they miss a lot of other chemicals, amino acids, hormones, complexed mineral molecules.
@@MultiSoftE I'm not sure what you're trying to convey here. Might I have some more depth to understand?
Yes! New favorite channel. This type of nitty-gritty science/math/ based working with The Creator’s design is where my mind goes almost instantly. Learning, learning. Love the puzzle of it all. Now add art. :) Thanks for sharing!
Wow. Finally someone explains why excess nitrogen burns the plant . No one explain why before 😃

"We are nature." Thank you for putting it this way. Epic content!
I agree everything in nature is perfect. Just God the Father made it. Believe on His only begotten Son Jesus Christ for eternal life!
I absolutely LOVE the way you explain all the important things in a way everyone can understand. .I have always had a "green thumb" but only recently started to attempt growing food. It isn't as easy as one thinks...BUT, you sir are enabling me to be a lot more productive. I found you a few weeks ago and your advice turned my garden around, it has started producing where it was not !

thank you for your positive energy my friend I'm so happy you are experiencing the satisfaction of growing food!!
This is the first video people need to watch, it clearly makes the other videos make sense, and ties everything together in the soil web. Much love brother...✌
Agreed. Simple word is dont ever play god.
Hi teacher. Thank you so much for all the excellent knowledge that you give out freely!!
Every time I add diluted jlf, the entire plant turns light green for a few days and then will darken to normal green in a week. I've searched the web but cannot find the answer for the color change
Love love love the natural/organic methods. It’s just the way our creator intended these plants to grow. Thank you so much for imparting this wisdom to us ...(with your shirt on 🤓😆🖐). Seriously, thank you! 👍🏻👍🏻❤️
I have been looking for a site like this that really breaks down the process and using natural organic teas and soil. Kudos to your great methods and educational resources you offer. 👏
Love the way you explain how these things work together, symbiotically to give the desired results. Natural and effective. Brother keep it going with this knowledge 👍. More people need to know this stuff
Last year I started getting into growing fig trees. I’ve been using Jadam for 2 years now and am applying the method to my trees. With great success. I am always on the fig forums and all they talk about is how much miracle grow to use. They people know all the varieties of figs, how to graft limbs everything except how to grow. Yes they get big beautiful trees but then will complain that this year the fruit wasn’t that good. Or the the tree dropped all its figs. Or that the fruit of potted fig trees is not as good as in the ground. They are turning their trees into junkies waiting for its next fix, and what happens after a few years the tree goes into withdraw. Fruit doesn’t taste sweet or the leaves are curling the trees drops it’s fruit. I try to educate them to feed the soil not the tree. If the potted tree has the same biology as the in ground trees the fruit should taste exactly the same. I hear them say water the tree until it comes out of the bottom. But what else is coming out? Every nutrient and microbe. I was growing fig trees last year that were 4 ft in 2 gal pots. When I put the in the ground they grew another 2 ft before I pinched the tips to stop their growth and focus on ripening the fruit. And all I gave them was comfrey tea in the beginning and then compost teas with IMO and FAA. I only got a few fruit per tree but they were delicious. And from a 7 month old tree. It takes two to three years to see a good crop. I had one tree that I bought and got stuck in the mail for 8 days. It was only 6in tall and almost dead. Using Jadam that tree not only gave me 6 fruit but the trunk this year measures 1.5 in. From half the size of a pencil. I will be going to one of their gathering this year, hope to make some converts…..
" They're turning their trees into junkies waiting for its next fix"....you're absolutely correct in your assessment my friend and I'm so happy you see the truth of what's happening.... I get loads of people telling me I'm "mistaken" or "misinformed" when I explain things like this but I just keep speaking and doing what I know to be right no matter what... thank you!!
I’m a brand new gardener and have been reading the Jadam book, watching Jadam videos, and making JLF, JMS, JWA and JS. I just put 2 fig saplings into the ground. I think they already had rust from Lowes. I would appreciate any of your tips and experience with growing figs. Thank you!
@@agentannie4976 if its just one or two leaves you can take them off. But i wouldn't go much farther. They get photosynthesis from their leaves. You can use a copper fungicide its organic. Will your tree be potted or in ground?
@@kicknadeadcat we just put them in the ground a couple of weeks ago. The rust is on about 25% of the leaves but hasn’t progressed. I watered it with some JMS, and sprayed it with JWA and JS yesterday. Do you think the copper would be a better treatment plan?
@@agentannie4976 yes it will prevent it from spreading
I love you because the explaination in simple langgauge and clear for people like me to understand...thank you sir
Thank you very much for sharing your valuable knowledge! I can only grow food indoors and started with hydroponically. However, when I found out I can only use chemical fertilizer, I switched it to potting mix. Do you have any recommendation of good organic fertilizers for growing food indoors?

But I try using Jadam many times but I see my nitrogen level is still low my plants aren’t green and the leaves are getting yellow I later use urea. What can I use as liquid nitrogen fertilizer?

Can I mix fish fertilizer with grass fertilizer? For example 2.5 gallons of water 1 liter of grass fertilizer and 3 ounce of fish fertilizer?
well, gee, you would be a lot more credible if your facts were correct. 'Chemical" fertilizers, I agree, are not as good. But They are not petroleum based. They are simple salts. Petroleum based things would be organic pr4oductys. Get your basic chemistry straight.

There is no light and oxygen under the ground. That's where a lot of the microorganisms live.
After watching a few times, I now understand the addition of the non-iodine salt to the potato-leaf mold fertilizer! The salt used for osmosis is utilized by the living organisms (leaf mold) with the blended potato as a food source during the process, while salts in the synthetic fertilizers are built up in the soil and have an opposite effect, very harmful to the SOIL that the plant gets its desired nourishment from ?
Hello my friend. This is an absolutely fantastic explanation of how plants utilize nutrients.

i've only recently gotten into gardening for-real this year and have already immediately had great results in making sure to plant everything with worm castings as well as feeding them consistently with the water from rock tumbling and worm tea (i really hate that name for some reason lol)

can the jlf be stored for later use in glass jars or bottles?
Organic method works. And I'm not here to sell anything. I've been beyond astonished by the results and drought resistance. However, i rely on both aerobic and anaerobic microbes. This is a huge debate in organic farming world but i can attest you can use any or both
More excellent information, thanks for sharing Man 👍

I like your simplicity. I have resolved to go 100% organic
Can I used those microbes for fruit f an fliwering trees than those no good man made fertilizer s?
Would this work with container gardening as well? I am afraid to plant in ground because I have dozens of cats I care for on my property and I assumed them using my yard as a toilet would be bad for gardening
absolutely this would work great in containers... but honestly cat fertilizer would not be much of a problem in your in-ground garden... at least you won't have any chipmunks!!

Why do I add my Himalayan salt NO IODINE! to my blended potato-leaf mold aerated tea? That’s one of the only additions to the solutions that concerns me?
That was the wood ash fertilizer I aerated, not the potato -salt- leaf mold blend, my bad😖But, the added salt? Purpose? I went light on it, could that be why I never had a full tiny-bubble mat floating on top after sitting in GEORGIA hot sun for 48 hours?
***** great showing
The jadam....could u not put some consintrate down and water it in therefore diluting it.
if you absolutely had to do it that way yes you can but its best to dilute it before application
I practice only JADAM so I have read the books a few times and I follow a lot of farmers who practice JADAM.
Any JLF fed to planted soil should be diluted at least 1:30. Standard practice is to start at 1:100 as a test, then raise or lower if needed.
The idea that you can’t burn plants with organic fertilizers applies to organic matter vs inorganic nutrients, not just “organic” vs synthetic. JLF is not organic matter even though it is produced “organically” (it even says that in the book).
It can absolutely burn plants and it will kill your crop if you aren’t careful with it. The life cycle of JLF seems to cause a large spike in inorganic nitrogen around the 6-18 month age range (depending on temperatures and plant matter), then the nitrogen slowly goes away and you are left with the other minerals.
If you don’t dilute it enough during that spike, that’s when you can harm plants. After 3 years I know folks who have used it undiluted with great results (don’t do this without testing).
Not trying to be critical or pedantic but I’d hate for someone to hurt their crops. The dilutions you recommend may have worked for you in your context but JLF is powerful stuff and should be respected as such.
Thanks your msg is very informative. What do you mean by 1:30 or 1:100? Pls break it for me
@@tunkara-pu2pu 1:30 is 1 part fertilizer to 30 parts water, 1:100 is 1 part fertilizer to 100 parts water
Thanks very much. I jut asked Nate a question about banking the JLF with a larger concentration before winter. I am going the regenerative agricultural methodology of strip grazing to stimulate growth via trampling, inoculation of the soil from the flora of a healthy rumen of cattle and sheep. lol I borrowed from a friend!
What are your thoughts on using pond water? Is this a ready-to-go solution or would it be more beneficial to use it as the water base for these glorious techniques?
for the fertilizers yes it is the best of all... but for the microbial solutions such as JMS then no we want very clean and clear water
Hello, I'm Pablo from Argentina, nice to meet you... I want to know if is possible to mix Jadam Liquid Nettle Fertilizer with Jadam Liquid Comfrey Fertilizer and Jadam Liquid Fish Remains Fertilizer to store it for a while, or should I keep them separate? Thank you for your answer
