I love sushi 🍱 I’m currently 5 months pregnant 🤰🏻 and yes, as long as the sushi is fully cooked, it’s absolutely fine. I eat with confidence my shrimp tempura roll 🍱💕 and I also switched to brown rice because during pregnancy going whole grain helps prevent gestational diabetes.

My all-time favorite Starbucks drinks are the chestnut praline latte and the pumpkin cream cold brew. I just tried the new sugar cookie drink but with oat milk instead of almond milk, and it was sooo good! I also love to get a caramel apple spice when I go to look at Christmas lights 🎄

Sushi is amaaaazing. You can eat sushi as long as it's cooked. Nothing raw. I ate it while pregnant with my son.
