Just for the heck of it, I thought I'd comment on THIS video. Not only does it improve on the original, it's flawless !! Don't know how you do it, Steve. Just so you keep on doing it !! Easily one of my all-time favorite songs (in this version) !! 🎶😎
I'm push'n 60, ..& been listening to Music as long as I can remember. Hopefully I'm not going senile..but there's a guitar riff in the background around the 8:05 to 8:25 mark. ..🤔 is this part of original or is it added ....seems like ive heard in another song or track....& Luv this Remix!!....on my playlist at work everyday!!
Hi, nearly all my remixes involve a purchased studio backing track blended/mixed with the original song. The backing comes as isolated tracks (keys/drums/strings/bass etc. etc.) This particular song has 4 guitar tracks and so what you are hearing at around the 8min mark is just me bringing that particular rhythm guitar to the fore in the mix - to make it sound a bit different (it is a remix after all) So, yes it's in the original (but in effect "lost" in the overall mix) As I've "looped" this bit I've made this more prominent. Hope that makes sense. Thanks for giving it a listen
