Might get such a steel Thai machete 😉 Very curious about that banana plant cutting. We just let ours grow, ensure they have water and any cuts stay on the ground around the plant and function as vertilizer plus here and there some cow dung. As you mentioned correct, and because cut so nice, within a few days a new plant will shoot out of the stump. Regarding Durian, from what I know they do not like standing water and good soil, you might ask your plant doctor with the degree 😊

Yes, someone else said the standing water. I will ask Dr. Plant and have Sompit mound around them to push the water back. Thanks

Hey Kenny. What I do for catfish with chicken livers is, put a leader on a treble hook, maybe 10 inches long. Then take the liver, find the part with the tendon. I use an icepick like device to make a hole in the tendon area on the liver, I run the leader through the hole in the tendon and the liver sits on the hook without coming apart. I am able to cast it pretty far without it falling off. I do trim it up so it isn't flopping around.
Fluorocarbon is more invisible than monofilament, not sure if that is available there though.
that's crazy how fast the bananas plant grew after trimming.
My wife is adamant about no bananas, too messy. I see what she means now.

I saw a couple different rigs at the tackle store (we actually have one near-by) but I never think about it when I am out running around. I plan to drain the pond in the dry season and restock with only Black Talapia next time.

Banana's are great frozen. At least the ones in the US are. We freeze them for smoothies and sometimes I dip them in melted chocolate, roll them in peanuts and freeze them. An awesome treat when it's hot out!!

Try the Thai bait. It’s in the fishing stores, a brown powdery “stuff”. You mix with a small amount of water to the consistency of silly putty. Form it around the hook in a nickel size ball. Sink it about 2 feet deep.

I will see if I can find that at our local tackle store. Thanks

Fishing idea, feed fish canned corn kernels, then try corn as bait.

I used that 40+ years ago to catch carp in the US, and it works. I have a couple other suggestions here. I'll see how they work out, then try the corn if I need to.

Could you tell me how much your perimeter fencing, with just the concrete was? I think you covered it in a previous video, but I cant find it. And do you do that concrete perimeter to help the erosion, or is it just for keeping people out and security? By the way, another great video. Pure scenes , without much editing, is good. I like watching real life as it happens and not rehearsed productions. Very informative, thanks.

B485,000 for the fence/wall with no paint or hardware, Aprox. 44x33m. It is primarily for erosion control, holding back the dirt we added above grade and keeping the soi dogs out.

Thanks for taking the time to answer questions and giving detailed videos. Very informative and helpful. By the way, your house turned out really nice. Really like the color scheme.

She made those for me in the US. Here they are always at the market, so she buys them. This first harvest, she gave away all but one small bunch knowing we would not eat all of them before they get over-ripe.

@@charlesmcdonald8654 The piece that grows the fruit dies off and a new one replaces it, so to quicken that process, it is advised to cut it out once they bear fruit. I'll try to explain this better in a coming vide.
