Been riding for 10 years and it terrifies watching this video but when you’re actually on the bike riding like this everything goes away and you’re so focused it’s like therapy the most calming activity for me

Fun seeing this ride with friends. Can't imagine myself doing the highway riding you guys were doing. Or through the city maneuvering like that. Granted we are allowed to lane split and filter but I am more careful when doing so. Also I ain't riding for that long yet, so that also may be a factor. Just prefer to ride more careful and stay vigilant. Don't get me wrong I do speed or accelerate fast or do some pulls of course but pretty much when it's safe to do so. Also I am not in a lot of busy cities while riding around generally so also less experience with that.
I subscribe and enjoy F&F's street videos. Unfortunately, I'm finally coming to the conclusion that riding blistering speeds on public roads (and in traffic), is exhilarating to most, but dangerous as funk and quite stupid in some aspects. And as a side note, I don't mean any personal disrespect to other fellow riders who like doing crazy speeds on the streets (each to his own and do what you like to do). I still do it too from time to time......and yes, I'm a dipshit for doing 140+mph on public streets. On the contrary, I do do it less and less these days, as I gain/learn more and more important riding techniques (and always focused to practice technique everytime I ride........,which is basically everyday of the year). . Fast speeds on the streets is not worth it. Just one mistake or a simple miscalculation can cost one's life. At best, you lose a limb or two (and it could also cost someone else's life too. In a worst case, a child's life......., think about that for a second and ask yourself if its worth it again). I understand getting a hand full of throttle and passing folks, feels good 😊! But I would put money on it that a rider would change thier mind after waking up in a hospital bed from a bad accident (caused by doing insane speeds, where they shouldn't be). No 2nd chances in those cases of losing limbs or a life. I bet one bike trip to a closed circuit motorcycle track, and F&F would be hooked on doing more and more track days! He won't be making street videos like this anymore, and it will make him happy to "hang it up", for something better like track days. Try on those "Big-Boy pants" and hit the nearest track, my friend. You'll be surrounded with other riders with higher skill level, and they are usually humble about it. Real professionals!! Hit the track, thats where its at!!! Cheers and be well mate.
