Great video! I have disassembled many of these trucks and seem to always have a problem with the upper bolt that attaches the grill to the fender as you mentioned. I don’t take the hood hinges off until I remove the inner fender. Then saturate the bolts and nuts with PB Blaster. I’ve only had one spin. My Dad who was a Ford mechanic for 45 years said that they would use something like JB Weld to goober around that nut. He’d leave it for a day and come back and he would get the bolt out. I just picked up a 1976 F250. 4x4 from a field in northern Minnesota that I’m going to disassemble for parts for another project truck. I’m hoping it comes apart as well as yours did in this video. Thanks again.
Yes that is the plan! Started on that before I started this channel and was side tracked with the F350 thought it would be a quick mechanical flip. Well that was not the case!
@@rustorationgaragewell you have a subscriber here. I’m working on a 79 Bronco at the age of 23 and learning as I go. I’m going to be rebuilding my front Dana 44 axle soon
Started it awhile back and had then picked up the F350. Thought it was going to be a easy mechanical flip but ended up to be a full tear down / rebuild.
Awesome video. Thanks
Sorry for the delay thank you!

Thanks for watching!
Nice videos! very detailed and informative. Do you plan on showing similar stuff for the 78-79 Bronco?

I noticed the 2nd gen Bronco as well. Any content on that project? I’m in the middle of a restoration myself. Thx!
