- This week I went to the snowy mountains to pick local herbs because this particular plant grows next to the snow. Today I made chicken and rice for lunch. Also, in this video, I tried to share the beauty of snowy nature and the challenges of moving in snow. I hope you enjoy being with me in nature.

It is really beautiful and even more interesting that our province is called four seasons, because you can go from cold and snowy weather to hot and humid in less than 1 hour of travel time. In other words, you can go skiing now and just 1 hour later you can be swimming or hiking with less than 100 kilometers of travel.
