Time for a soppy from the heart comment, you've been an absolute MVP for the year 2024, not just in terms of coaster content, but in youtube generally, bringing an authentic sense of adventure and being super consistent with fun quality uploads and content. Hosting a variety of guests to mix things up... you probably feel your content is best enjoyed by fellow coaster enthusiasts who maybe frequent parks etc - but from my perspective, I grew up playing the original theme park and roller coaster tycoon, while being obsessed with watching coasters in real life (but not always being brave enough to ride). As a Belgian coaster enthusiast, I am absolutally blessed with all the amazing coasters close to me. From Ride To Happiness and Kondaa, to Untamed Fenix and Troy in the Netherlands, to Toutatis is France, to FLY Taron and Voltron in Germany. And I am so happy to see my baby Kondaa compete so well with the big guys in rollercoasterland. It's my fav coaster of all time and I am glad you gave it a spot it deserves!
As someone who has ridden most of the significant rides in Europe I can say that all of them are in my top 6, so you can be pretty sure that its going to be awesome

Great list. I am but an amateur themepark fan. Just over 100 coasters on my count, but this is my top 10. 1. Ride to Hapiness (Plopsaland De Panne) 2. Voltron (Europapark) 3. Red Force (Ferrari land) 4. Shambhala (Portaventura) 5. Wodan (Europapark) 6. Kondaa (Walibi Belgium) 7. Fury (Bobbejaanland) 8. Uncharted (Portaventura) 9. FLY (Phantasialand) 10. Oziris (Parc Asterix)
W take for moving Lightning Rod up! While the hype for that coaster has died down after the removal of the launch, it's always remained a top 10 coaster for me (903 coasters so it is way higher for me than most people). I love it just as much as I did in 2019 as the sideways airtime and quad down are as good as ever despite no more launch.
Your 5th and 4th top coaster you've ridden (Fury 325 and Steel Vengeance) are my 2nd and 1st, with your 3rd (The Voyage) being my top bucket list coaster. But my next biggest bucket list coasters in order starting from my highest on the list to lower would be Velocicoaster; Voltron, Ride to Happiness, Steel Dragon 2000, Shivering Timbers, Pantheron (I-305) Hyperion, Zadra, Iron Gwazi, Hakugei, Helix, F.L.Y. I'm sure there are a few I forgot, not including other coasters I didn't forget but didn't mention on purpose or this I'd be here forever and list would be too long. Thanks for posting this as well as well as all your other consistently entertaining content over the past year and beyond, and have a happy New Year!
I really do love RTH, but seeing so many people put it as their #1 is insane to me. I think it's probably fighting Iron Gwazi for coaster that is most commonly put at #1 in general. Great list tho!
@@IllegalPizza777 I actually agree with you. People are just eager to put new things at the top on their list, and I don't blame them. As a European Steve is undoubtedly my #1 bucketlist coaster.
Why does iron gwazi deserve to be above rth? Maybe you have just a bias being european and being attracted more by american rides, but for me I can't imagine (for how my tastes are) something better than it. For me the fun factor is the most important thing. I rode some more intense coasters and they're ranked all behind.
@@aridaje4345 I never said I think Iron Gwazi deserves to be above it. It's just the coaster that people most commonly put at the top of their list. I haven't done Gwazi so I personally have no idea.

Ha. I paused the video at #5 when Fury was listed and took about 30 seconds to guess what his top 4 would be and I'm proud to say I got them all and in the right order too! ha. I guess I've watched enough Coaster Dash at this point.

I obviously agree with number 1, it's not even a surprise, and some people here seem not to understand that having FUN is the most important thing while riding a coaster (at least for me). Not only coasters with crushing G forces, or impressive heights, or face-melting speeds deserve to take the crown. Saying "for me it's insane thinking that you put rth ahead iron gwazi" makes my opinion and many others' feel invalidated. I think that in this community there's such a competition culture, where if someone has different opinions it should rethink about that because it's wrong. People, there's no a wrong opinion. I hope this year will bring in the community a bit of respect.
Haven't done RTH yet but it's gonna be tough to top Voyage for me. And I still haven't ridden it trimless yet. Best coaster I've done and it's not even close.
I always agree with your rankings, but I wouldn’t be worried about someone getting mad about them. I heard someone say their favorite ride at Cedar Point was Magnum. I like Magnum, but come on. 😂
Ayyy love the vid!! Just curious where would you place Icon or Enzo at pleasure beach? Never had the chance to ride the enzo seat but heard it rides slightly similar to ride to happiness!!
mindblown that taron isnt atleast top 20 and that u said velocicoaster has the best theming over taron and fly, maybe its because its more interactive theming than taron and fly but theres basically no theming in the 2nd half (im a bit of a taron glazer)

Mystic timbers I think that there are a ton of hot takes in there but I do like unique and more intense coasters such as x2 and Xcelerator. And also next year as I know of so far I will be getting to Dollywood, cedar point, Hersheypark, probably holiday world, Kings Dominion, great adventure, fiesta texas, and six flags great America, and finally six flags over Georgia, along with many revisits to some parks. I also want to state that I don't care about theming that much, it's nice if a coaster has some but I like more just pure adrenaline rushes. And also btw twisted Colossus was closed on my visit to magic mountain. The final thing I want to say is that I do I only have 63 credits but next year I should get quite a few.
Hm some interesting picks. Curios to ride some of them myself and if they rank hugher then some lf my faves. But then again I have ridden rth and Kondaa and they dont rank nearly as high as they do for you. The way you feel about rth I feel about Zadra atm. I cant see any coaster beating it. Its a good 30% up on my next favourite rides ( Hyperion, Voltron, Untamed). But Im doing a America trip next year and will most likely experience El Toro, Skyrush, Wildcats Revenge, Fury, Velocicoaster and all the cedar point rides so Im curious if anything can compete. Specially since you now have Fury in your top 5 and Steve over Zadra. I mean they very well could Im not quite sure at this point. But them again you just have to look at how perfect Zadra is. I think it could for ever be my no 1 because its just so tailor made for my taste..

Hey, I’m a 10 y/o aspiring coaster enthusiast. I’ve conquered most rides at Great Adventure (including Ka FRONT ROW!), and most rides at Fiesta Texas. I’ve been to a couple other parks, and my parents gave me for Christmas a trip to any amusement park (in the USA) that I want! Where should I ask for?
skyrush might drop for you, the restraints restrict the airtime more than the old ones now imo, and the lats are nowhere near as good because of the side bracing on the seats. And it also got way more shakier this year.
I'm not sure, yes the launch is awesome but the Rest of the Layout isn't that special. Yes there are sustained positives but nothing extreme like on I305
Personally i think you should probably only include coasters that operated in the year you make the video about. Which would make this the last year for king da ka for example. Otherwise doing it every year doesnt really make any sense. You could maybe add a section of great coasters that closed down?

Going to Europe for the first time in 2025 and will be getting Ride to Happiness, Kondaa, and Toutatis. This video got me hyped for those 3!

Just did a Taron nightride like 3 days ago, honestly a much better experience, if you ever go to Europe in winter you have to do that

Yes! The rattle made me not love it (at least on a very hot day, it was shaking so much that I had a terrible headache for days)

i visited europa park last weekend got almost 20 rides on voltron was smooth all the way
