To me at least Photoshop Flowey is harder. Not in the sense of "You'll die more" cause due to Flowey dealing you less and less damage as your HP gets lower and lower you'll almost never win. But in the sense of it being more random. Sans fight is way too predictable over the time, while Photoshop Flowey feels more of a "Yeah suffer YEAH". Also IK Sans Fight is just "Fight till you give up" but Sans could've done that feeling better by done attacks be a little more random and thus making it harder than just "Know what to do and don't get nervous".
I gotta say this is my favorite version of Flowey's theme song yet! All those demonic voices combined with the amazing animation made it seem like an epic movie!
