I finally made a video showcasing some of the ways I like to utilize the Korg Kaoss Pad KP3 with live drums. I discuss making Live Loops on the fly, show you some of my favorite effects, and ways I use the Kaoss Pad as a tool for production, and Inspiration.

I unfortunately don’t have access to a full kit but I have the kp3 and I have a drumbrute impact. I’m hoping a lot of the techniques you are demonstrating here I can replicate but a little more analog sounding.

really kool vid. i had never thunk of using kp3 in this way. i found mine remembers the 'hold' buttons setting even when you change from saved presets in the top bar. that should help a bit as you skip around them if you find that sweet spot to start with. 👍👍👍👍😁

Yamaha EAD 10. I do a stereo 1/4” out into the stereo RCA on the Kaoss
